Joshua and Henry were very helpful in delivering the two consoles I had delivered. Quick and careful and made sure the furniture was placed in the correct spot.

Ariel and Christian did an excellent job delivering. On time, professional and courteous. They even carried the piece from the road because it was raining and they didn’t want the truck to get tracks near my driveway and took their shoes off to bring it in.

Terrible company. It's been two months since I placed my order and I was just notified that after "several delivery attempts" a part of my order was returned to the company, and now I must pay "storage" and "re-shipping fees" to (partially) get my order. Zero timeframe provided for the second item from the same invoice. Company making false claims about delivery (the house ALWAYS has someone it in, and I received no notices, no communication regarding delivery attempts.). This company is fraudulent and bogus.

I recently purchased two pieces of artwork from France & Son. The selection was beautiful in person and the pieces arrived carefully wrapped and damage free.
I did run into a small concern with my order, but what really stood out was how fairly and professionally the team handled it. They were responsive, understanding, and made sure everything was resolved in a way that felt thoughtful and customer focused.
Overall, I’m very pleased with my purchase and the support I received.

Joshua and Henry are great. They were clean, respectful, helpful, patient and helped me through a customer service issue. Feel totally comfortable with them delivering my chairs.

I would have liked to receive a call, text or email in the morning of when the benches would be delivered. I had reached out all 3 ways and didn't hear anything. The chairs showed up at 6 pm. Drivers were very nice with delivery and we understand their route was held up in Philly and they still needed to get to NC by the end of the night.

wallpaper is beautiful, I had some confusion with my order and customer service was responsive and helpful!

I bought a chair mid-December for my office, and it arrived in a timely manner. When I tried to put the chair together, it wouldnt fit. I called and wrote to them, and every time they passed me off to an email address and replied to my email with a photo of the instructions. I told them I needed new parts, and these parts they sent were not the correct ones. Someone in management finally stepped in by early February and said they reached out to the chair company and could not replace the piece of my chair that was broken, but could return me store credit for the chair. I'm still out $250 for the shipping and tax (which they did NOT refund), and still have a chair that does not work. Everyone I spoke with was very nice, but i cannot believe how long this all took just to end in still not having an office chair.

FRAUDULENT PRACTICES. DOESNT REFUND MY CLIENTS. ITS BEEN MONTHSON NONSENSE. CLAIMING THEY WILL. SENDING EMAILS. HAVENT TO SIGN OFF ON CANCELATION. TOTAL NONSENSE. THEY TAKE THE MONEY OUT REALLY QUICK. THEN REPLY WITH EMAILS TO PUT MONEY BACK WHICH THEY NEVER DO. ITS BEEN MONTHS. CLIENT STILL HASNT RECEIVED REFUND. SO HIGHLY UNETHICAL !!!!!

The AJ table lamp is exactly what I was looking for! I love the shape and clean lines. This is my first time ordering from France & Son and so far it's been an easy experience. I'm excited to receive the lamp and enjoy it in my space.

I liked the selection of products and that delivery included an option to purchase white glove service. The dresser did take quite a while to come in but once it did I felt the delivery went smoothly with quantum. Berenger & Alex delivered our piece quickly and efficiently.

Good quality furniture. However, I doubt I will do business with France and Son again. I was told my items would arrive in 4-6 weeks and it was more like 11 weeks.

I think there are products are of the highest quality unique. There furniture stands out amongst the competition. It's very unique in design, color options and materiality. In addition, their customer service is fantastic. I've gotten immediate responses to a whole host of questions. And... the staff has been super helpful in helping me find the right furniture for my house. I would highly recommend buying furniture from France & Son! Your friends and neighbors will certainly recognize the quality!
