Fabulous customer service

Placed a first time order of several items a few days before my holiday, explained that I was going away soon and asked if it would be possible to receive the items before my holiday. Francine went above and beyond on several occasions to process and post my orders so that I would receive them on time. Really pleased with all of the items, great quality and comfortable - perfect holiday dresses. I've already placed another order.

Absolutely love this boutique

Absolutely love this boutique, great clothes, great customer service and great personal communication when it’s needed. I recently had a return and Francine called me to personally help me through the process. 10/10 Thank you!

This was my first purchase from…

This was my first purchase from Francine Boutique, so didn’t really know what to expect, as with all online purchases. However I was delighted, firstly with the quick delivery to the Highlands of Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 then with the quality of my jumper, the colour and fit, exactly as described. 1st class service and would highly recommend.

Lovely clothes

Lovely clothes - I need a bigger wardrobe now to fit them all in! Exceptional quality and price and excellent customer service.

Excellent Customer Sevice

This boutique has a fantastic range of 50% linen and 50% cotton, made in Italy fashion. I recently bought 2 items from this online store, they also have a store in Bolton. I was extremely happy with my purchases.
They emailed me offering a 10% discount over the Easter Bank Holiday. I liked my purchases so much that I ordered the same again in a different colour.
I was going on holiday very shortly after the Easter Bank holidays. I contacted them by phone, but they were on holiday. I did leave a message requesting if they could send my order urgently.
On the Monday bank holiday I got a call from the operations manager saying he would send my Order by special delivery to get it to me by Wednesday. So I would get my order before I went on holiday without extra payment.
I think this was exceptional service and will be a regular customer.
I definitely would recommend this store to family and friends.

Nightmare refund process - which I never got

Such a difficult company to get a refund from if you don’t like what you’ve bought.
Sorry for the long block of text below, but just so you can understand how tricky she made it to get a refund - which I never received because after 7 unsolicited phone calls from her, I’ve given up and put it down to a bad experience. In one breath she’s asking me to email, the next breath, she wants to talk to me and is asking me to call her.
I initially emailed the company to inform them
I needed to return an item and was told that unfortunately I was out of time.
I queried it and received 2 voicemails saying it had to be BACK WITH THEM within the 14 days (absolutely out of our control as buyers because the postal service can be diabolical sometimes and take forever) - it doesn’t say this on their website, just that it has to be returned within 14 days; I feel the website needs to be more specific.
I received the parcel on 24/11, and it was posted back on 6/12 which is 13 days. I posted it next day delivery. It was returned back to me accidentally by Royal Mail and when I told seller I would return it again, at more expense to me, she said it was too late as it was now out of time.
What should have been a simple return was made extremely difficult by the seller from the start, even when I was still within the returns timeframe. No apology from her initially that she was incorrect, when I wrote each day down so she could see I was right. So many messages going back and forth between us, it was infuriating as simple maths shows that from 24/11 to 6/12 is 13 days but she just didn’t get it.
It also wasn’t my first purchase from them but I’d never buy from them again.
The true test of a good seller I believe, is when something goes wrong and how they fix it.
She made what should have been a very simple process, very difficult from the beginning of my request to return.
