I booked an appointment for a haircut for my 12 year old at the Macquarie branch. The told me it would cost $60 and took $30 upfront. At the appointment; the hairstylist told me it would be $160 since she is not a child!!!! It was very embarrassing for me and my daughter and when I approached the lady who made the booking she said under 12 are kids which is fair but she never told me when I was booking. After this she told me she will keep the kids rate. After the cut the hairstylist told me it will cost $75 and included random costs like shampoo etc and said I have to pay and didn’t let me speak to the lady who booked the appt. I feel this is robbery and I felt extremely cheated and cheap after this experience!!!!! It’s not about the $15 I had to pay extra but it’s about their corrupt and immoral behavior to get extra money in from clients! DO NOT Ever go there

I went to Provost in Place d'Italie because I thought it was a very good hair salon. That was a mistake — they cut my hair very badly, and I had to go to another salon to get my hair cut again.I will never return to this salon.

Carrefour Lempdes: Except for one person, they got new Staff members who are just gaining experience, with very little experience or no knowledge.
Multiple staff members conduct different tasks so you won’t have same hairdresser doing your hair.
Staff keep gossiping about other clients behind their backs while washing your hair, that makes the whole experience very unpleasant.

I have been going to Franck Provost at the Rozelle salon for a number of yrs. My expierence is always lovely, a very calming feel within the salon, you can sit back and relax and the stylist I have is Sooji, and she is sensational, so professional and her cutting technique is exceptional, I love the way she cuts and styles my hair, Sooji is very much about her work and a beautiful person within, couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

I made an appointment, and after reading all the negative reviews, cancelled it, saving myself from another nightmare. Thanks.
