Packaged beautifully

Packaged beautifully. I think it's a bit overpriced but on sale more in line. Delivery time is good. I do have a pair of Eamon pants where the pockets in the back have let go in spots.

SMALL final sale dress is huge!

The linen dress I ordered in SMALL arrived. It is huge.
The shoulders are 2" too wide on both sides, the sleeves are 3-4" too long, and the mid-length hem touches the floor. It looks like an oversized nightgown. As I started packing it up to return it, I read that it is a final sale item, no exchanges or returns allowed. What a waste . $100 out the window. The company needs to relabel its sizes. This was a LARGE.

I have about 30 pieces of Frank and…

I have about 30 pieces of Frank and Eileen and I really do love the product. But when you need customer service it’s almost impossible to actually get your answers resolved. Several emails several phone calls and the response they give after several days is not even the response to the question you ask. This makes me want not to buy the product when they are so pricey they should be Johnny on the spot to be additive…so many other companies handle themselves so much more efficiently if you’re going to charge the prices you do for your products which are very good products. You need to make sure that you have customer service that is equal to the quality and price of what you are selling.

Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware! Especially if you are buying from the UK!
The most unhelpful staff with very poor communication, they didn’t pay the taxes or duty on the product I purchased. I payed all the duties at checkout but yet I was held responsible to pay their mistake. After weeks of useless emails I was told you pay the tax/duty on their behalf and they would refund me that amount.
Liars! I’m still waiting! Can’t say I’ve EVER dealt with a more infuriating company and useless staff.

Give me my money back!

Update! … they still won’t pay me what they owe.

Bad policy with inconsistent sizes & colors

Their sizes run inconsistent and they charge you $8.00 to return items you already own (same year purchased) when their sizes change AND colors are misrepresented online. They refuse to refund 100% and I was a very good customer. NEVER AGAIN!!! Prices are too high to have customers treated that way!

Be cautious about reloved

I had an ok experience ordering from their main site but shipping was slow. I recently ordered from their Reloved site and it has been an ordeal. The seller sent the wrong item. I filed a dispute as it says to do within 3 days and I have heard absolutely nothing and it has been a week. I am looking at ways to get my money back regardless but want to prevent this from happening to other people. It seems like a good idea for a business but I think the sellers could be scamming.

Update: I called a number for customer support for the main Frank and Eileen site and while the person couldn’t help me with “reloved” she did provide me with a different email address than what was listed. If anyone has this happen email Support$recurate.com. I had a response, shipping label, and pending refund in less than 24 hours. I updated my review but still… the email address for customer support on the website needs to be updated.

My daughter

I purchased the Eileen blouse for my daughter. It was advertised as being 100% Italian flannel. My daughter liked it well enough till she washed it. It was wrinkled and thin material. For a $148 it is a lemon. Buyer beware!

High Quality, Easy and Speedy Returns

Even though, when the shirt I had ordered ($$$) arrived, it unfortunately fit narrow on me and I needed something boxier to fit my curves; however, I found the shirt to be of excellent quality. Really top-notch. And the return process was easy with a lightning fast refund. I don't think they even have received it back yet, but they deposited my refund very quickly into my bank. So I love how smooth the whole process was, and how authentic the clothing item was, even though I had to return it.

I would never shop here

I would never shop here. They sent me a catalog and I have to use my phone and scan a QR code to find out what each item costs. Too time consuming- no thanks. Please don’t send me a paper catalog and expect me to use a computer to look at it. Especially for items you could literally buy anywhere.

Terrible sale return policy

Generally speaking I like the brand and have probably 20-30 of their pieces. Problem - draconian sale return policy. No returns, and what’s inexcusable is - no exchanges either. The size doesn’t fit, your correct size is sitting there in their inventory, and they won’t let you exchange. Why?! So charge for shipping or re-stocking but please allow an exchange! You’ll sell more in the end if people aren’t afraid to buy in your sales.

Overpriced for the quality

Overpriced for the quality. Have tried to return and am unable to, as the site says I am unable to return. Also seems as though there’s a high postage cost if you do return (internationally).

Rolling raw edges

Ought a shirt and pants. The shirt rolls at the end of the sleeves and bottom of the shirt.
The shirt has raw edges- no hem anywhere.
I have tried ironing the sleeves and bottom of the shirt flat but to no avail. Cute outfit but not attractive

I ordered shirt on June 13th

If you read the paragraph below you'll see that I was in agreement with many of the reviews that gave Frank&Eileen low rating. However, after I was able to contact someone in their customer service management, I have gone from 1 star to 5 star. Turns out there is a technical issue with sending emails to my email provider. Also, if you order anything thru Shopify, they use the most recent address you shipped to as the default address, my package was shipped to my son who neglected to tell me he had received it. Nice to have the opportunity to change a 1star to a 5star!

I ordered shirt on June 13th. I received an email telling me the order was on the way. I never received the order. Went back to find the confirmation order email and could not find it. I've sent them three emails and one call. No response

Do not order from this company!

Order no 200001106527. So wish I had read reviews before I ordered.
Bought a pair of jeans in the sale, they were still almost £200. Really bad fit and poor quality fabric. I’ve tried to make a return. I’m now told that it was a final sale with no return allowed. This is not mentioned anywhere On their site or on the paperwork that arrived with the jeans.
I’ve even tried to place an order for the same pair of jeans again (obviously without submitting just to check information and there is definitely no mention of no return.
I am furious!

Disappointing Quality and Poor Customer Service

I purchased the Frank and Eileen Mackenzie Linen blouse with high hopes of adding a durable, timeless piece to my wardrobe, but my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. After just 4-5 gentle cycle washes, the blouse has started to unravel at the seams. For a brand that prides itself as a high-end B corporation, this level of quality is unacceptable.

What's even more frustrating is the response I received from their customer service team when I attempted to address this issue. Despite contacting them within a reasonable timeframe (less than a year since purchase), they refused to accept a return or provide any form of compensation. Their excuse? It has been over 30 days since the purchase, completely disregarding the fact that their product should have lasted far longer than a few months.

I suspect that there might have been a bad batch of materials used in the production of this blouse, as my experience contrasts sharply with the brand's reputation for quality. Frank and Eileen promotes itself as sustainable and committed to durability, yet my fast fashion items have outlasted this supposedly premium blouse.

Overall, I am deeply disappointed with my purchase and the customer service I received. I expected the Mackenzie Linen blouse to be a staple in my wardrobe for years to come, but instead, it has turned out to be a costly mistake. Until Frank and Eileen addresses their quality control issues and improves their customer service policies, I cannot recommend their products to others seeking reliable, long-lasting clothing.

Love the quality….

I have bought a few item and I love the quality. I’ve also had to return items and the process was flawless. I received my refund notice an hour after taking box to usps using mailing label they provide. I’ve been able to access customer service using their 800 phone number. Had to leave a message but they called me back the same day.

This company is overpriced for what you…

This company is overpriced for what you get, and if it doesn't fit right, forget getting your money back. I spent 158.00 on a shirt that was on sale, any shirt on sale, they don't accept returns. Money down the drain, I now have a shirt that I can't wear. What a waste. Do NOT buy from this company!

Patrick shirt big ripoff

I bought the Patrick Henley shirt last summer and wish I hadn’t. Has gotten all stretched out and looks like a bag. Impossible to get stains out, and the collar tips have turned yellow. Big rip off, very expensive.
