This store is amazing nothing is too much trouble 😍 the boys are simply amazing....you cannot buy service like you get here....today they even welcomed my pooch and some....then they sourced an item in another store and the lovely young lady met me to save parking....honestly the best shop in all the world....🥰🥰🥰

Absolutely unbelievable service from Frankbirds, Neil was amazing. Questioned whether my Boss tailored jacked previously ordered should have had a suit carrier, it didn’t but they gave me a Frankbird equivalent which Neil delivered in person on his way home, unbelievable and now a lifetime customer, thank you Neil.

We used Frank Bird to hire the Tuxedo suits for our daughter’s wedding. The service was exceptional as was the value for money. Everyone felt smart and well dressed, the quality of the suits did not look ‘cheap’. Would not hesitate to use the hire service again, they even provided an ‘extra shirt’ to make sure we got the right fit on the day! Thank you for your attention to detail!

I ordered an item from Frank Bird which was very well wrapped and delivered on time. The item details came in an envelope, it was all to a very good standard. Sadly it didn’t fit, so I emailed to ask if they had the item in a smaller size. They responded straight away and apologised for having sold out. They are part of the shop App and I was notified once they had received the parcel and my refund was returned promptly.
I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service.

I recently attended at Frank Bird in Wakefield to hire 5 Wedding suits.From start to finish the whole process was exceptional. The professional and attentive Emma sorting everything out for us all. Nothing was too much trouble for her. This included late suit adjustments.

2nd time using Frank bird but was a bit disappointed with service this time. Ordered some boss trainers and paid for next day delivery however weren't sent and waited 2 days for them to arrive. I did contact them and they did apologise for the delay no explanation why they weren't sent next day delivery and refunded my next day delivery charge. When the trainers arrived the box was all ripped and there was no paper inside. Not very good. Put me off using them again. Lost a good customer.

Fantastic choice of designer products. Simple ordering system and fast delivery. The items was also wrapped in gift paper which is a bonus. Highly recommend Frank Bird

Have bought a couple of items on click and collect recently and the service has been excellent - particularly answering an emailed query almost instantaneously. Have bought in-store over many years and all-in-all you cannot fault any aspect of the range, customer service and overall experience shopping with these guys.
