Excellent customer service. Had some problems with the boxers, as they were a bit odd quality. They didnt hesitate and gave med compensation asap.
I wouldn't recommend buying anything from there. Bought 2 lingerie sets and the sizing was a mess and quality mediocre. The sizes vary between the sets, size S too big to wear whereas XS really small.... See more

This is Frank Dandy. Frank Dandy is an avant-garde underwear fashion brand. The Frank Dandy Superwear brand was created in the beginning of the 21st century as a reaction against the boring, single coloured, men’s underwear fashion. A series of patterned underwear was launched together with marketing that, in a daring fashion, challenged the traditional view of men’s underwear.

I got an defect pair of underwear, I took a picture of the pair and mailed the support. In half an hour a got a response and two suggestions on how to proceed.
1 do you want a new pair?
2 do you want a refound?
The support was quick, helpful and nice. I would recommend frank dandy to everyone I knew
Fresh looking boxers of great quality!
bought 10 pairs 4 months ago
bought 10 pairs 4 months ago.
They where good at first but after 1-2 washes all the boxers shrunked heavily and deformed in fitment.
Everytime i wear them now i they cut in in my groin and feels to short in the back so my crack shows everytime i sit down or bend my back.
Worst quality boxers i have ever experienced.

Really tried to love them, but terrible
I really tried to give them a fair shot, but they are some of the worst fitting, most uncomfortable boxers I've ever worn.
Background: I'm 6'5" and fit a medium in every brand of boxer I've ever bought. According to Frank Dandy's sizing I'm a medium and a large would be too big.
I wanted to find a new brand to wear instead of CK, as they fit great but lack quality, rarely lasting more than 12 - 18 months.
Frank Dandy seemed high quality and durable, looked great and had good reviews. So I decided to take a punt and bought 6 pairs. I have been wearing (putting up with) them for about 3 months now.
When first putting a pair on they feel quality and are extremely comfortable. They would remain so if I didn't ever move after that. They are the first brand of boxers I've come across to both simultaneously ride up at the leg and roll down from the waist, they also slide down the back if I bend over. I am constantly having to adjust them after walking, sitting or picking something up, and feel uncomfortable when I do sit down as I feel whatever I'm sitting on on my bare skin. Additionally, the elastic on the waistband on 3/6 has started to 'crumple' and fold over itself. I now actively seek my old boxers over wearing these new ones.
I really wanted Frank Dandy to be this brilliant discovery, but now I'm seriously thinking of cutting my losses and replacing the 6 I bought after a few months, at least just to spend a day where I'm not hyper aware of the underpants I'm wearing.
Sorry, but they've been awful for me.

Have nothing but good things to say…
Have nothing but good things to say about their products and customer service. Great designs and when an item was missing i got a quick and positive response.
With that said, their website needs a lot of work and their social media needs to be more frequently updated as i thought twice about buying with them after seeing their lack of response.
Warning - long delivery
Warning! It took 23 days to receive my products. (They say "normally" 1-3 day delivery at their Swedish webpage)
Everything is fine
Everything is fine, returns work smoothly too. Customer service is responsive
Epic durability
I bought a bunch of underwear like 8 years ago from a couple of brands. Over the course of time they all started to break, mostly from tears in the groin and a loose waistband. All except for the ones from Frank Dandy. I kid you not, I have not had to throw any of them away in 8 years. From now on I'm gonna buy all my underwear from Frank Dandy.
The only complaint I have is that each pair of underwear ship in a separate plastic bag, which is a waste of resources.
Fantastic clothes and Joonas at…
Fantastic clothes and Joonas at customer service is really doing a great job!! :-)
Very serviceminded!
Overall good with room for improvements
A little bit slow handling and delivery. I have ordered 5-6 times and they f***ed up my order once. They handled the issue like true professionals.
I recommend it but sometimes you can find better price, for example on uppercut.se
I accidentally made an order when just…
I accidentally made an order when just checking out prices. I sent an email after a few minutes after, but I got no answer. Two days after I sent another email, no answer. The third day I sent another one and I got the answer that the order was already being delivered and forced to pay for it. If I want to return the order, I have to pay for the delivery.
I don't think this is a good customer service at all.
Excellent company
I'm very satisfied with my purchases from Frank Dandy. Very good pricing and fast delivery.
I just wished that they had more boxershorts for women :)
Love the products - Excellent Customer Service
Love the products, excellent material and fun. I made a mistake with my address details, the online customer service was not great ( no reply on twitter or via email) but once I called them it was superb. Friendly fast service , and got my products reshipped without a hassle.
Note: a follow up would have been perfect just to let me know the products are finally shipped.
Top notch!
I love Frank Dandy. I'll be returning as a customer in the future for sure. I'm very happy with the products I bought, size was just right and the material is divine.
Super great.
Arrived WAY faster than I thought! And I loved the swim shorts. :)
Great way to shop Frank Dandy!

As a returning customer I've had a good experience each time I've placed an order. Great products and fast delivery.
