I bought the Franke QHT-1 beginning of last year but cannot find the receipt of where I got it from so I can’t do anything about it really as they have said without a receipt they can’t do anything when it is clearly their productbut I know it was between January and April 2024 and the boiling water box has leaked and has put my brand-new kitchen cupboards all out of sync as well as raising and wreckingmy brand-new flooring as I had a complete refit of my kitchen so I am going to need new flooring and my whole kitchen cupboards that are brand-new realigned as well. So if you’re thinking about buying one of these boiling water taps don’t and the lesson learned is keep hold of your receipt.. I have just had a quote from the company that installed my kitchen and flooring and due to the damage that Franke refuses to pay towards I am now stuck with a bill to redo my brand-new kitchen and brand-new flooring of over £2400 to fix the damage. The leaking tank has done to my kitchen do not go near this company!!

I got franke sink which came with new kitchen, purchased in March 2024. I am not sure what kind of stainless steel is that because anything you put down into the sink make scratches, cup, plate, if any metal pan or pot, makes deep scratches, so after few months of use its totally scratched. Very poor quality steel, cheaply made.
