Dreadful customer service

Dreadful customer service. The website is awful to use. Be aware that they sell a travel cup in a “regular” size. Unfortunately, there are 2 different sizes of “regular” so it’s easy to order the wrong one. Customer service won’t do anything because I got it monogrammed. I’ll be sticking to Chillys from now on (their products are higher quality as well). We’ve had Chillys bottles last for years and they are very hard wearing. The Frank Green ones look a mess after 2 months (scratches/dents etc).

UPDATE

The coffee cup leaks everywhere. Poor products, overpriced, and poor customer service.

frank green is the worst company ever!!🤮

1. bad quality
they sucked the money out of my wallet for a bottle i have used just once before denting to oblivion. like i drop it on a mattress from a metre and its gone.
2. they look ugly as heck!
my friends forced me to get a frank green because it was the cool thing to do. but those chunky toilets of a water bottle are way too expensive and way to ugly. + accessories not included! frank green is just a pathetic cash grab. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

the worst brand ever that i have ever seen

absolutely the worst thing ever when i ordered it to be given a week later i got it a month later also when it arrived it was scratched badly dented and stained i paid alot for it and for what nothing basically i was going to give it to my sister for her birthday since she has always wanted one i tried asking for a refund but i couldn't get one this is the worst brand in humanity history dont waste your money on these things plus the quality are bad.

#UGLY

Frank Greens are without doubt the worst drink bottle brand in the entire world. Way overpriced. Too easily dented. Don't waste your money on the world's worst drink bottle when you can get a Nike or a Yeti-they are reasonably priced and are actually good. DO NOT BUY!!! So bad. Horrible. Too fat and chunky. #ugly. 😡

Terrible drink bottle

Frank green is absolutely horrible. 50 dollars for a 0.591471 litre drink bottle not worth your money. horrific deal and it dents so easily avoid at all costs way to fat and chunky crappy drink bottle i ordered one for my daughter and it came dented also i ordered pink and they gave me green unbelievable

plus green is my daughters least favourite colour

Worst customer experience of my life

Worst customer experience of my life. Do not purchase gift sets. Basically don’t purchase anything.
One star is too much. I can’t believe I’ve come here to provide a negative review because of my disgusting experience with the so called customer experience team to find soo many others have had a similarly negative experience.
Unbelievably bad. Ordered a gift set with monogramming. Apparently this only monograms one item and even after the terrible experience with customer experience and offered to return for monogramming if I paid extra. They can’t return them. Worst customer experience I’ve had in years

Sent me the wrong item with no refund

Ordered a reusable cup with a regular screw on lid. I didn't want the button lid so I can make a coffee, put it in my ruck sack and not worry about it leaking. The product arrived with a button lid which isn't what I ordered.

I asked customer services for a refund, the said I could return it but wouldn't be reimbursed for shipping and the return shipping address is in Australia (which from the UK would cost me more than the cup).

Customer services completely lied to me twice. They said the cup with the button lid has never been £38.98 (which it clearly was on the website). I showed them the whole process of ordering on the website and showed that what they had said was incorrect. They then said the price has been increased to £38.98 (suddenly overnight between this email and my last email).

Terrible company, won't order from them again and I would recommend looking for alternative companies.

Refused to cancel the order, then it arrived broken. Finally was refunded though

Claim to be green but have a separate UK website called Frank Green UK. Placed an order with them not realising they were in Australia (it’s not clear on the UK website version). When I realised, I emailed within hours of placing the order to cancel it. They said their system won’t allow them to do this. So now they’re shipping two bowls half way around the world - could probably use years of cardboard takeaway boxes at lunch and still have generated less carbon. Blatant hypocrisy. Update: the item also arrived badly packed and broken.
Update: one month later but I did in the end get a refund so I’ve changed my 1 star review to a 3 star one

My item arrived with odd brown stains…

My item arrived with odd brown stains and smudges. Tried to email them about the issue and was redirected to fill in a contact form that required my email used for the order. The form did not recognise my email so now there isn’t much I can do. Terrible experience all round and even worse customer service. Do not recommend 👎

Never buy Frank Green again

I was so disappointed about the Frank Green water bottle (with push button lid). It leaks no matter how I close the lip!! People says not to put hot water. Otherwise, it leaks, but it is a coffee mug, am I supposed only put cold coffee? I did try to put cold drink, it leaks. Super disappointed about the design especially it costs 5 times more than other similar products.

Don’t bother

Don’t bother. They made a straw lid that will be prone to mould that you can’t clean as you cannot remove the flip part of the lid. Mould will be stuck to silicone part and will never be able to get out. Customer service aren’t good at giving proper advice.

I have purchased 3 bottles from frank…

I have purchased 3 bottles from frank green and originally loved the product. in the space of 9 months the lid has broken 3 times. The new design is awful and when trying to communicate with customer service they couldn't care any less and clearly think its normal for a £35 bottle lid to need replacing 3 times!! I wont be ordering again and will be steering people away from purchasing.

Zero waste? No. Built to fail - no replacements.

My filter part broke within two years of normal use. It has reshaped and no longer presses the coffee as it used to. I asked for a replacement and it seems the advice is buy a whole new french press. They say 'zero waste' but this is greenwashing and marketing. I was advised I 'loved my product'. No, this is heading towards landfill as I look at my larger, more reliable alternatives. Shameful behaviour from a company with max waste but zero morals. I would strongly suggest you look at alternative options.

Extremely disappointed with my Frank Green

I decided I would treat myself to a beautiful looking pink cup, with an orange lid and green button. My favourite bright colours. Just a small one for my espresso coffee on the beach after an icy swim in the winter.
When it arrived, on my birthday, so excited. The comments from people about my funky new drinks container.
Bearing in mind, it is summer in the UK and temps are NOT cold. I made my coffee, super hot, even warmed the mug and microwaved the coffee so it would be perfect after I got out of the sea.
Well, I couldn't have been more shocked to find that the coffee was luke warm
I should have realised when I noticed that the outside of the container was hot, clearly not being retained inside!
I cannot recommend this product at all - other thank it looks the part! And the cost - well- extortionate!
I now feel quite foolish having not read the reviews before purchasing. And not realising that they came from Australia! Clearly I am not the only one with the same issue. Seems like cold liquids are also luke warm!
Even leaving one star is generous - but that's for the design!

Unfortunately, this product is not worth purchasing.

The items look pretty and stylish. During the course of six months, I purchased three items for myself and several gifts for family and friends. After I realized that the paint chips off easily and that the teacup licks, I was dismayed. Unfortunately, this product is not worth purchasing.

frank green is amazing

frank green is amazing, not sure about all the negative reviews, our family owns like 4 bottles, a lot are the 1L ones but we got the normal size and 2 L with different lids and its amazing, recently one arrived damaged in shipping but frank green responded in a day and shipped out a new base with express shipping- amazing! as well as never had issues, only leaks if straw isnt close properly and easy to clean and tastes nice, these Americans leaving bad reviews about leaks, bad quality and etc are cap, would buy over any bottle, although would suggest making a bottle with longer time keeping water cold, thats it

Disappointing and poor customer service

I'm so disappointed with my order from Frank Green. After wanting to order a water bottle for a while now, but holding off due to the high costs compared to other brands (£38.98!), I decided to go for it. I ordered a pink bottle, which looked like a subtle matt pink in the pictures online but what I received looked totally different to the colour that arrived, far too bright. I contacted the customer service team who were very unhelpful and said I would need to cover the costs to return the bottle if I wanted a refund or exchange. Meaning I would need to pay an additional chunky fee for shipping to Australia on top of an already expensive bottle, when the issue is with Frank Green. So now i'm stuck with a hideous bottle, I wont use. Would not recommend!
