Product never arrived - still awaiting refund
I ordered an amp that was listed as in stock. 3 weeks later it still has not arrived and they have no idea where it is. The courier company is Aramex, and their tracking is useless. I asked for a refund and they initially said they could not provide one. I then threatened to go to fair trading and they were suddenly able to "prioritise" the matter. Needless to say, I have still not received a refund, nor any further correspondence at the time of writing. I filed a report with the ACCC and filled out a form for charge back with my bank, but apparently that will take 75 days. If you feel like going through the same process, use Frankie's. Otherwise, maybe shop somewhere else.
