Our career guidance services are designed to enhance career education in schools, equipping students with the knowledge and skills they need to make informed decisions about their futures. How do we do this? Firstly, we listen. We then provide personal guidance sessions, workshops, talks and even interactive practical sessions if that's what your students need. Our delivery in one school may be different from that in another, with our aim always being the same, to help reduce the risk of students becoming NEET, foster aspiration's, raise confidence, and ensure students understand the opportunities available to them

I was anxious about starting a new job…

I was anxious about starting a new job since having my children and put up a Facebook status up asking people for tips with anxiety and anxiousness . This very lovely lady named Vikki commented and said to reach out. I’m so happy I reached out, she was very understanding and sent me lots of tips and advice for a reasonable price which i used today on my first day and it went amazingly smoothly. I couldn’t thank her enough.

Would highly recommend this service to anybody out there who's struggling with anxiety and the anxiousness that comes with a first time job or even just a new job that’s out of your comfort zone.

Thank you so much again Vikki, honestly you’re an absolute angel.

Professional, experienced and approachable

The careers advisor, Vikki, that worked with my son made the process really simple and easy. She spoke to him in a way that didn't patronise him and listened to everything he had to say. Vikki gave him the confidence to believe in himself and go and get experience in the industry he dreams of working in.
