Emailed after my order to ask to cancel, still haven’t received a response. Parcel came, I have emailed to ask to return, still no response!!! What is going on is this a scam? AVOID

recieved my product and everything was great, delivery was tracked and took 2 days 👍

I thought it was worth leaving a review so others can tell this is a legit online business, even with good pricing.

I ordered an olaplex shampoo at a good price, it was wrapped carefully with bubble wrap. Delivery wasn't particularly fast but overall this website is recommendable.

Brendan made our journey through the process a very enjoyable one, believe it or not. He was at all times, the perfect gentleman, effortlessly taking care of business. He never made a fuss, did every single thing he said he was going to do and even managed to make it all stress free. He was hands on the whole way through and achieved the price he predicted on day one. 1st Class and worth at least one extra STAR

Ordered some shampoos and came distorted writing all over bottle. Refused to send another and said I had to pay to send back to get a refund. I advise not to use this website as they will send you poor quality products

My first order, purchased hair dye, got 10% discount as new customer, delivery was very fast, got my items in 2 days.
One of dye jars was broken and dye leaked out, their customer service was amazingly quick to response and resolve the issue.
After purchase received another 10% as a thank you. Highly recommend! Thank you Franklins🙂

Ordered 1500 watt hairdryer because I do not like powerful ones. They sent 2000 watt. Emailed them but they didn't even bother to read it properly as they were apologising for sending 1500 watt. Sent me a label for return which no post office could scan or use. Spent £3.10 to post it back to them. Got a refund for the dryer and original £6.50 postage but not for the return postage of which I had advised them. Taking that up with Royal Mail now as they should not be sending unusable labels out. Thought these were more reputable than the other firm I looked at! What a joke!
