Fraud. No business licence. No invoices for over £1200 [of work carried out. Now blocked by the owner

I am sending the following as it is my statutory right. I will consult a lawyer in the next 7 working days.

Hi

I dealt with a company called Frankies Auto Service between the 2nd and 3rd week of April 2025.

I have never been presented with an invoice for any of my payments. I paid over £1200 in April of this year. I have proof I have requested my invoice when I should automatically be billed for works carried out on my vehicle.

I am now seeking all invoices for works carried out on my vehicle for the last 3 years.

Again. I have no legal trace of the work done.

I cannot sell my vehicle for value as I have no invoices for any work done to my vehicle over the last 3 years.

The new premises opened on February the 8th or thereabouts.

This part will be passed to police for investigation as I have no legal way to verify if all the works were carried out on my vehicle to a legal standard. e.g

-If any accident happened. I'd be able to attribute it via an invoice incase of fault or not fitted correctly.

He has said I am high or drunk. I can talk to God?

He operates in outbuildings from the following private property. He does not own the property. He has no business insurance.  Business licence from what I can find. He operates currently from 7 Shilford Road, G78 3AW.

He is present on Google searches and has a mobile number which you can find.

He clearly doesn't have an accountant. An accountant isn't necessary to produce an invoice for works carried out on my vechile.

He is operating without a business licence. His company name isn't listed on Companies House.

I have tried variations of the company name. His own name. I have used both the above address and his previous  business operating address

3 Glenburn Rd, Paisley PA2 8TA.

I now wish to have no communications and not to deal with him

His fullname is

Mr Bartosz R Beczkowski.

I have banking details of all transactions I have made over the span of around 3 years.

This whole situation started as he changed my fuel filter and the warning will not go away advising it needs a service. I paid in excess of £1200.

My parking sensors still work for 2 seconds until the warning chime of a service is needed.

I can provide all communications via Bart and I.

I also have his business bank account details.

I'll await your response as I only wish to deal with him via legal channels. I was a very loyal customer and after taking my money. I still had to return to the garage on 3 occasions.

By then I was defeated and just ignored the service light. I brought it to his attention and immediately he lashed out blaming me and then slandered my name when I requested an invoice.

Which, is covered within my legal and statutory rights.

I have my own paper trail for the 3 years of invoices, I am now legally requiring

I do know in law that a business must keep a mandatory database for work carried out on their premises to vechiles.

It counts as nothing legally as I am not a legal expert as stated in regards to garage requirements and regulations act.

After repairing my company car which he gave different price, paying with cash was cheaper but I demand that I need factura which it was more expensive. He then demanded my company information email address to send factura. Now almost 3 month I did not receive my invoice. Despite contacting them more than 4 times.
