Great Service
I have had nothing short of a great experience with Franksmile. They have been caring, considerate and friendly throughout my experience.
When I first made my impressions with the base and catalyst putty, I wasn't sure if I had done it correctly. I ordered a new impressions kit just in case, and emailed pictures of my original impressions to the company for review. I was contacted two days later by Vinay, and he explained that the second kit had not been necessary and offered me a full refund. Despite my insistence that as it had been my mistake, I was willing to pay for the kit, he refunded me regardless.
He also helped me book in for a free scan of my teeth at the Franksmile London Clinic.
I did a lot of research regarding invisible aligners prior to this, and I'm glad I chose Franksmile.

It has been over a month now since I paid for the aligners and still nothing. I have emailed twice querying the time it would take for them to arrive (I don't mind waiting) and had the same stock response apologising for the wait and to let me know when they have more information.
If I would have had a time frame I would be happy. I could be understanding if the Instagram campaign has meant more orders have been made than expected - I would have just liked to know.
I wanted to wait to review honestly about the effectiveness of the aligners but I am now processing a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.
Prior to actually purchasing the aligners, I was told I would get a refund on my impression kit - I still have not received it. I emailed saying that the label was not printed on label paper and I was missing rainbow-coloured envelope, a simple email just to relay the feedback. The response was very attentive and polite and I genuinely felt positive that they went above and beyond in response. But two months later, no refund.
Making the impressions is slightly harder than it looks, I was certain that my impressions would get rejected and they were not as suitable as the instructions requested. What I did not understand is why I had enough putty to make an extra set of impressions but not the extra trays. Seeing my impressions as a computerised image was however very impressive.
I really wanted this to be better than it was.

I must admit - So far so good!
As a proud Northerner i believe in calling a spade a spade, I have read some negative comments regarding customer service that alarmed me, i called this morning ahead of ordering my impressions kit, didn't get an answer the first time, however withing 2 minutes i can a representative call me back and answer my list of questions!
Will keep updating my journey - but from a customer service point of view - so far - so good!!

I just had my appointment in franksmile studios in marylebone and I cant describe how excited I am. They were very sweet and inviting and my appointment only lasted 20 minutes and I have a lot more information on the aligners then before. I am now waiting for my treatment plan, quite keen on seeing what can be done!
If you have a chance go in its so easy and they have the aligners instore incase you want to see and feel them

No communication received when I will…
No communication received when I will receive the aligners or a approx date after payment made which is a bit frustrating. Otherwise all over good service.Just in the dark and waiting currently.

Misleading advertisement. Purchased impressions kit which is now a complete waste of money and have been told no refund would be available. Rude customer service.

I'm now on my 3rd set of aligners
I'm now on my 3rd set of aligners, mine is a 10 month course which requires the aligners to be changed every 2 weeks. When you first start with the aligners it does take a day or two for your mouth to adjust, although now I'm 6 weeks into the treatment it actually feels strange not wearing them.
Initially it can be quite tricky removing the aligners when you eat but I found using one of the blunt wooden nail sticks helps, although I know Franksmile advise not to use anything.
Wearing the aligners does require organisation particularly when you're off out for dinner to ensure you are wearing them for the required 22 hours a day.
Not of great importance but I do agree with another reviewer that the box the aligners arrive in is not as professional looking as the original mould kit, which looked great.
I'm taking photographs of my teeth every two weeks and hopefully within the next few months will start to notice a difference. Franksmile ask you to send in these images regularly via whats ap for the orthodontist to review.
I'm still waiting for my progress update which details which teeth are moving with each new set of aligners although you can feel the movement as the treatment progresses.
So far I'm really pleased with everything, Franksmile are always available if you have any queries and it's great to be able to talk to someone in person. It really suits my busy lifestyle not to have to keep attending the orthodontist and I love the fact that you get all the aligners at once.

My concerns were unfounded. Fab product.
As expected I was reticent about such a cheap option to Invisilign, however I had no need to be. The cost is saved by not having to visit an orthodontist, plus that saves me the inconvenience of constant trips to the dentist. When your plan is developed (before committing to pay) you receive your full plan and details of your orthodontist, I researched mine and was very pleased with what I read. I'm 2 weeks into my treatment, the product is very high quality and the aligners are comfortable enough once you get used to. My program is 6 months long and I cannot wait to see the end results. I have already recommended Franksmile to 2 friends.

Worst customer service I have ever received
Everything was fine until I asked to find out where the orthodontist was registered.
To be on the safe side before paying for the treatment plan I wanted to find out more about the orthodontist. I asked the person dealing with my case where the orthodontist was registered. The response was the IMD, and i want sent a link that did not work. I asked again and he redirected me to the GDC. I asked again because I was not able to find the orthodontist on the registry.
The person in charge of my case went on to say "I would rather reject your case, you have tremendous trust issues despite having all the data at hands. Despite not finding a single Bad allegation online against us... I'm perplexed". This went on for a few more paragraphs and emails. After confronting him about his unprofessionalism, he tried to make things better by offering a £200 voucher. However, my main concern was never resolved.
I refused to talk to him and asked for my case to be moved to someone else. The next person was much better and now I have a refund for my impression kit. Did not feel right to go with a company after being treated like that.
Really such a shame, was looking forward to treatment with Franksmile. Upto to that point, everyone else was lovely to talk to.

I LOVE my Aligners! Great customer service, delivery took slightly longer than expected but have entire treatment plan at home now & change my aligned every 2 weeks. So excited to see end result. Thank you Franks smile!
