I visited the island of Antigua in the Caribbean and in our boutique resort Barbuda Bell they had a bottle of your oil on each table. I took a picture of the bottle and the name and I ordered. Love it love it

It's really disappointing that they sell their dipping bowls only with a tasting set so I spent 150€ in order to get 4 little dipping bowls. Even more disappointing that one of these handcrafted and hand selected bowls was damaged. It was replaced but they specially had to point out that the replacement was free of charge... What a lucky guy I am .... Just unbelievable 🙄🙄
They are really good in pissing off loyal customers.
p s. The "dedicated discount code" I got showed up as "expired" ... why was I not surprised?? 🙄🙄 .. and after this again excuses, excuses, excuses 🤮🤮🤮
Every previous order through Frantoio Muraglia or via their sales partners included at least one or more pieces that were way more improper produced or damaged, so I had to complain with more or less success, which can be really annoying. Nevertheless I stayed a loyal customer. But this time is over now !
The main question I have... Why don't they just work to get their shit together, to send proper undamaged quality goods right away so that no complaints and excuses are necessary?? Or is it common business to mix damaged and improper produced goods under the label of "hand made" every now and then into deliveries in the hope customers won't complain to gain more profit?

This company has amazing customer service. I was welcomed kindly, got helpful advice on the right products, and they took the time to explain the shipping conditions to me. I had also asked if they could include a personal note in my package to Hawaii (USA), and they have exceeded my expectations: They handwrote my message with beautiful handwriting and put it into a lovely card inside the box.

I’m genuinely happy with the whole experience, and the person who received the olive oil all the way in Hawaii was thrilled.

This is a company that I fell in love with when I bought my first bottle at the airport in Bari. Since then, I have bought bottles as gifts for my friends and family, and this company has done so well! Even when there was a defectwith one of the bottles (major leaking near the opening), Virginia was kind and understanding and sent a replacement.

I've ordered these special bottles of oil many times. Great quality, great taste, and always a lovely gift idea. Pricey, but worth it. I'll be happy to order again.
