Frasers recently laid a new carpet in our master bedroom. Can not recommend them highly enough. The assistant in the shop was really helpful. Was able to take samples home to ensure I picked correctly and they were collected by the person who came to measure up (free of charge).

We trusted the fitters to attend while we were out at work and was delighted when we returned home to find the beautiful new carpet laid. Also very impressed with how tidy the fitters were.

Frasers of Ellon have been fantastic at every stage of the process as we have employed them to lay flooring, carpet and furnish some rooms in our house. From office staff who took their time in talking through various options to their colleagues who undertook the installation, we could not be happier. Knowledgeable, understanding and very considerate of our requirements and constraints, we cannot recommend this local firm highly enough.

Just want to say thanks to the 2 guys who came back to fit my bedroom carpet today. They couldn’t manage to fit it earlier because some floorboards needed replacing. Managed to get that fixed and they came back to fit it. Great service.

Please don’t these guys fit your carpet They came to refit a faulty carpet in my new build and have marked the skirting board with there Stanley knife it is scored right across the skirting this isn’t the first itune this happened when we moved into our new build every room which they laid carpet in that is 6 rooms all skirtings were scored where the cut the carpet.took months to finally get months to get them fix them then frasers of Ellon come back and do it again PLEASE AVOID

Terrible experience! I placed an order for a number of items. I received a refund before the order was dispatched for one item as it was out of stock - fine. The order then arrived a few days later in a flimsy box with a great big hole jn the side. Clearly damaged in transit. Sadly, a number of my items were missing. These things happen. Reported to customer service alongside photos - expecting to get a refund for the items that were missing. Customer service absolutely shocking - refusing to refund. Keep telling me I’ve had a refund. They are referring to the item that was out of stock and refunded prior to dispatch. Customer service agents haven’t a clue what they are talking about and are totally ignorant and incompetent. I’m going round in circles. Avoid!

We are delighted with the fantastic job done in replacing our carpets throughout our home. The whole team did a very professional job from start to finish. We really appreciated all of their hard work and attention to detail. We are very lucky to have such an excellent company and their team in our local area. Thank you!

Fabulous service from start to finish. We had our whole house fitted with a range of flooring, Amtico, carpet and vinyl. The level of finish was exceptional thanks to the fitters. Also Judy was so helpful in any decision making and an absolute pleasure to work with. We would certainly recommend Frasers of Ellon.

Just had new flooring laid throughout the ground floor of our house following a flood earlier this year. Jim did an incredible job and we are so pleased with the results. He was also a pleasure to have in our house through the week and was so accommodating with both our schedules, our toddler and two cats. Thank you!

Great service. I hadn’t realised how labour intensive laying a stair carpet would be but the carpet fitter took time to line up each tread of lined textured carpet we chose for our curved staircase and hall. It looks great and we are delighted.

Had new bathroom flooring fitted by Frasers. We were advised at the quotation stage that there may be problems once the existing flooring (tiles) was removed. This proved to be the case but the issue was dealt with swiftly and efficiently. We received brilliant service from all those involved and were kept well advised during the process. The end result looks brilliant and has eliminated all the problems we had been having. We are very pleased and satisfied customers. This is the second time that Frasers have fitted hard flooring for us and both times have been brilliant. Away to get another room done and would definitely recommend them. Thank you.

We had a new hall and stair carpet fitted by Frasers of Ellon and from start to finish the service was excellent. Staff were very attentive in store, lots of samples to chose from, very flexible and worked with us on installation dates. The install couldn't have went better, Ross and Gary did a super job. Everything was left very neat and tidy and we couldn't be happier. Will defiantly not hesitate to use Frasers of Ellon again and recommend them to others for sure.

Great service and friendly staff

Various pieces of furniture and carpets purchased for a new house. Yvonne was helpful from the off and very patient with us, making sure we were happy with selections and offering different fabrics to my husband who appeared to morph into an interior designer overnight.

Carpet selection was easy with Frazers guidance and a seemless experience from selection to fitting.

Hassle free delivery at a time that suited by two careful, well mannered delivery men.

All in all a very positive experience, having visited almost every furniture shop in the area on a quest for dining chairs I would not hesitate to recommend Frasers of Ellon to friends.

Today we had 3 bedrooms, landing and stairs fitted with new carpets and underlay from Frasers of Ellon.
All staff involved from showroom to fitment are great in what they do.
Fitment guys went over and above to help us by moving furniture we couldn't shift, carpeted the cupboards, new thresholds and best of all took all cuttings and excess material away leaving no mess for ourselves to deal with.

We purchased our leather suite from Frasers of Ellon after much searching! We had looked at a variety of furniture stores throughout Grampian but came back to Frasers as a result of quality, style, design, cost and the friendly customer focused staff. The suite we chose was made to order and on delivery from Italy there was a problem with the leather. We believe this was as upsetting for Frasers as it was for us. Their after sales customer service was faultless and their priority was to resolve the issue to our complete satisfaction. We were able to keep the original marked suite until a replacement was manufactured and delivered. We are absolutely delighted with our new suite and the first class service we have received from all the staff at Frasers and would have no hesitation in recommending them .

We could not be happier with the quality, service and overall finish with our living room/ dining room furniture from Frasers of Ellon. We went in store 5 weeks ago to view the products and absolutely fell in love with the parquet range, this included the best of tables, tv unit and dining table. The team were so accommodating, we had to pay a small amount upfront and then the rest of it was paid a few days prior to delivery.

The delivery was such a good turnaround time and we received all of our furniture within 5 weeks. It all came ready made and the delivery team were so friendly, put the furniture exactly where I asked them to and removed all packaging.

I would highly recommend Frasers of Ellon.

We recently moved from Aberdeen to Edinburgh and wanted a couple of rugs made to match rugs that we had made by Frasers a few years ago.
Frasers were extremely helpful and efficient!

Very well done for laying such a tricky carpet on a curved landing! No complaints, any areas that weren't up to standard have been followed up with great customer service. Keep up the good work
