We use FraudLabs Pro as an integrated fraud screening layer in our WooCommerce checkout to proactively identify and reduce fraudulent orders without disrupting legitimate customers. Each transaction is analyzed in real time using signals such as IP reputation, geolocation, device fingerprinting, proxy or VPN detection, and transaction behavior, then automatically categorized as approved, review, or rejected. High-risk orders are routed to manual review instead of being blindly declined, which is critical for B2B and corporate customers. Since implementing FraudLabs Pro, we have seen fewer chargebacks, faster and more accurate order reviews, and a smoother checkout experience with minimal false positives.

I've been using Fraudlabs for over three years, and it works wonders. We haven't had a single case of fraud in years.

I've been using fraudlabs pro with our company's website for over 5 years now to protect us from fraudulent purchases. It's caught purchase that were definitely questionable and allowed us to review them. So far I'm happy with it. It's integration is slightly more cumbersome than other plugins I've used. And by that I mean that it's done 93% well right now and is not a deterrent to using it.

We were experiencing a ton of carding attacks, on an almost daily basis. Chargebacks and angry folks were constant. Fraudlabs Pro shut these problems down as soon as we installed it. Very happy.

Comprehensive fraud prevention service and very affordable.

Well - almost ALL positive reviews came from the persons with ONE posted feedback. That means this business produce the reviews with fake accounts and for some reason - is published by 'trust' pilot.
Anyway - read my advice : don't waste your money for this overprices and unreliable service. Constant issues with server, false fraud triggering and totally worthless support ( never responded for any of reported issues ) makes this app as a piece of crap. Do yourself a favor....keep away. Read the real users reviews, not made by this business .

FraudlabsPro has excellent support. I needed an upgraded version for Nopcommerce 4.5 and they were right on it. We just started using this plugin since we were getting many hackers trying out their credit cards on our site. it has a great rating system and their tool is priceless.

The free version is limited, but access to a global blacklist is priceless.

A really easy plugin to add to my WooCommerce store. the features on the free plan are great to start with for peace of mind. The sms verification add on is great. Would definitely recommend, and find this product really necessary, especially with the increasing fraud happening online.

We are really happy with this fraud labs app. It’s our quick cross check to see if the order is valid. Sometimes it gives a red dot where a client got the format of their address wrong, what does easy to doublecheck and is still good to know. Overall we are very satisfied in the last two years of use and will continue to run and recommend this app.
