Unreliable Business Practices – Affiliate Program Refused to Pay

I joined FreakAthlete’s affiliate program in good faith and invested my own money into advertising their products. Their tracking system recorded multiple sales correctly, and my dashboard showed over $1,600 in commissions pending.

However, instead of paying what was owed, FreakAthlete suddenly deactivated my account and marked it as inactive. I reached out to their support team several times, but never received a clear explanation or any resolution. To this day, I have not been paid a single dollar.

This kind of behavior is extremely concerning. If a company refuses to honor its agreements with partners, how can customers fully trust their refund and warranty promises?

I’m sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision before doing business with them. Transparency and trust are essential in any company – unfortunately, both are missing here.
