Very helpful and patient
Very helpful and patient! I had just purchased a hosted server to try out and unfortunatley ran into issues right off the bat where my server would not start properly. Vlad and the team worked every day for several days until the issue was resolved and always kept a clear line of communication which is very important to me. Ive only had the server about a week but so far I am happy. I dont have connection issues like my previous host and I feel comfortable enough to ask for help if there is an issue. Highly recommend!

I've been using FreakHosting for around a year now, and it's been great! Support always answers any question I have, servers don't have any problems and a lot more!
At the moment, I have 4 servers with them and I had no problems with any of them.

Wrote off the card money for the server counter-strike 1.6, which has not been used for a long time. Immediately wrote to support, but it is not possible to return the money, even on the balance of the personal account
