The support for this company was awful they didnt help me once i made multiple tickets and they just told me things i already knew/tried wouldnt recomend this to anybody wanting a fivem server there are better VPS than this one

What an exceptional service
What an exceptional service, I was having struggles with them and their live chat has actually been helpful and trying to solve my issue without a single moment of hesitation. I bought several VPSes and some hiccups arised because of that since I was running multiple high cpu scripts, they put me on different nodes, and actually listened to my issues to sort me out. In the age of AI support bots, I can't actually believe how amazing the support of FreakHosting was, it's one definitely to take as an example. They went above and beyond for me, I want to thank especially Vlad for his amazing support. Couldn't thank you enough. I am definitely a customer for life.

They don't admit their own mistakes. I lost all my data on the server because of the backup restore function. They didn't even apologize. Support responds once every 12 hours. I am extremely disappointed with their service and angry about the loss of all my data.
