They respond extremely fast to all of my Q&A in emails which is helpful as sh*t. Going from running a server on REALMS to this was nerveracking at first since I've never hosted a server on pc before. But they have helped and answered every question I've had and to top it all off, they responded back to my emails on Sunday too. I thought I had to wait till Monday but nope!
