Ordered 5 items on May 29 (over 4 months ago). Eventually received 2 items, but not the other 3. No response to emails. I'm pretty sure the company is a scam.

i ordered a cat phone holder for my car in september and it took a fricking month for them to tell me it was out if stock. i demanded a similar product or a refund so they "sent" a different car phone holder. its been two months and nothing. since most people here are getting things 3-4 months in i will wait a little bit longer until i sent them a lengthy email laying into the.. i wish police or something were able to do something about it.

Omg guys, wow gets what come to my house today!!! So in December 11 I ordered 2 plushie and after I read the reviews for people who bought it, they all said it was scammed. I was so freaky scared, and I thought they just gonna take my money. But then when I received the mail saying that they shipped my stuff already and I thought they will take my money and sent me nothing because I haven’t get any update for almost 2 weeks, and they still haven’t charged me. That’s when I think we’ll they just try to trick me and thanks god that’s they didn’t charge me or well I will pay for nothing. Then today, I was so surprise when it come home!!!! The stuff come home perfect, it’s look just like the picture and they are so squishy. Then I check my bank account, they still haven’t charged me. Now I’m so confused what the heck is going on, and now I’m confirmed we’ll they not really that bad. They actually ship your stuff.

I recently bought some hoodies and a cat toy from here. Felt like it would be ok as their 'Customer Guarantee' emphatically offers 100% customer satisfaction and hassle free delivery. This obviously did not transpire. The products are not what were advertised, the product descriptions are outright lies. I tried discussing this via email and received essentially 'shoulder shrug' responses. I was told I can return the items to China at my own cost but they will be rigorously inspected before any refund takes place. Low quality items, poor customer service, deliberate misrepresentation - AVOID.
ALso very suspicious that all reviews on the website are unanimously 5 star - with no dates of course. I have left a review there, doubt it will be posted.

One of those false advertising types of sites straight from the factory. The products look nice on the site and what you get is a completely different product. Unfinished hems and seems, defects, bad fit, sheer plastic fabric. Not worth your time or money.

I did get a track and trace but it stopped at 'arrived in destination country' over 10 days ago. I'm in the Netherlands, it could have walked here 3 times by now.
Customer service just gives an automated answer 'US takes takes 4-6 weeks'. Ehh sorry, I'm not in the US?
So no, don't go here. It's just another Chinese scam.

Edit: I did actually get the two items weeks later. Awful quality. Ordered the same shirt in the same size, just two different colors but one is about 15 cm shorter than the other. And really, don't wear these and go close to fire or smokers, very dangerous flammable synthetic uncomfortable material:D

I should have given them one star more for actually receiving the items maybe, but the excessive email spam you get from them did delete the star

I ordered a fluffy cat hoodie. It took about six weeks to arrive, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. As opposed to a lot of the reviews I read that quite frankly freaked me out, the hoodie looks and feels great, and it actually arrived. It looks like the picture. It's not the most amazing quality, but I think that is definitely reflected in the price. Still I will enjoy every second with it, it's super fluffy and soft, the color looks like the picture and the stitching is also done pretty well. I recommend.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a complete bait & switch scam. So disappointing!
-Merchandise is super-cheapo, utterly threadbare, dollar-store quality. Photos on IG & their website are deceiving.
-They actively deter customer returns by requiring you to courier the package to CHINA. Typical cost for that? $100++
-That way, customers give up and don’t proceed with returning their stuff.
Save your family the heartache and wasted money...do not even consider ordering from them.

Took forever to arrive but was hoping it was worth the wait. It was not. The fabric is so cheap and nowhere close to what I expected. The ears on the hoodie are to far back and the seams don’t line up. What a waste of material and time and energy. Terrible.

Took them 3 months to send me only 2 of the 18 items I ordered. Their only response to my query regarding the error, was to quote the tracking reference, that clearly demonstrated (via a customs' declaration) that they had only sent 2 items. Once I opened a dispute with Paypal, they ceased all communication with me. Note that the quality of their items is AWFUL. I've no doubt that their intention was to cheat me out of the $400+ dollars I spent with them, looking at the other reviews here. They claim to operate out of the USA, however they send from China, and the items I returned to them to initiate the refund process, went to Thailand. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a hoodie for my tween. Ordered on a Friday during business hours. Confirmation email said my item was ordered a day later. Time stamp literally said “Friday, July 3, 2020, 4:13 pm” but body of email said “This email is to confirm your order on 07/04/2020”. Then nothing. The website says you’ll get shipping email in 1-3 days; it’s been a week and nothing. Emails and public social media posts are ignored. I just lost $30 and kiddo is super upset. AVOID!!!

Horrible Customer Service. Took 2 months to receive the item. Used Paypal. Kept asking where my package was and got runaround. Escalated in Paypal and they asked to give them to June 15th. Nothing so I initiated a refund. Package arrives June 16th with a return address of Alabama. FreakyPet is in Deerfield, Fl. Asked for refund. Told to return package and get refund. No problem except they want me to pay shipping to China. Scam company. Do not use!!! Would give 0 stars if possible.

This company is a scam. Freaky Pet takes your money but does not deliver the product that you bought. You get no communication and have to contact them to find out that your package is in perpetual transit. It then gives you fake or inaccurate tracking information.

Ordered a cute cat sweatshirt for my wife in April. Two months have gone by with no item to be seen. The company now expects me to wait even longer. Filing a dispute with my credit card company.

Don’t order from these thieves.

Item arrived 2 months after order and has a big hole in it. There is a30 day return policy, but it has to be in original packaging, which is impossible considering it ships in a cheap plastic bag. Also, they can't find my account even though they sent me multiple emails.

Company says based in Florida, but items made in and come from China. Terrible quality and sizing. Items not as described. Beware.

I ORDERED A "CAT HOODIE", ....7 WEEKS AGO.....STILL WAITING. $36.00....PROBABLY LOST.

I have been scammed. No product has arrived. Now they have my information and now getting suspicious mails on my box

I gave this company 1 star only because I had to give it something to continue.
DO NOT buy from this company. They take your money but do not send the items ordered.
When asked where my items where they sent a bogus Tracking number that begins in China.
I felt that it was an American company with an American address so I felt I was safe ordering from them.
Low and behold a week later someone filled a vehicle with gas for $69.37 and used my credit card info. to do so.
I don't generally order on line except from Amazon, so lesson learned.
I am reporting them to my credit card company as a fraudulent company for the price of my original order.
Why is it, some have to create mistrust in all online ordering companies?
So save your money as this bogus place is happy to take it!!

Received item, from China (not Florida as website would have you believe). The quality is shocking, the item bears no resemblance to the pictures on the website.
Refunds only issued if I return to China, in all original packaging, via a tracked service. It will cost more than the refund would be to do this, and I wouldn't trust the company to pay-up.
Don't touch their stuff with a barge pole, instead chuck your money down the toilet.
They also continually spam your email if you visit / revisit the website.
