I ordered 2 pairs this time, unfortunately I didn't like the fabric. For this reason I returned both of them

Freddy trousers used to be great - been wearing them for years. Think they were priced around £69 5 years ago and fail to see why they have rocketed in price and the quality significantly lower - and now they're over £189! Are you mad? The trousers all get holes in around the crotch and seams. The material used is too thin (like a thick pair of tights in some cases) and has gone down in quality massively and now I only buy them on Vinted or Ebay and not paying more than £30!

It's a real shame as the trousers are a great fit just not worth the money now!

Really bad experience. I went to get a refund. I couldn't do it on the site I was told to contact them to request the refund.

Then once I got through to them they just shared the exact same info on the site.

They then called me "mary"

They were giving me details on how to make the item longer when I said it didn't suit my figure due to my height. I just want a refund. Disgusting. Don't purchase honestly they're not worth the money.

Everyone please only purchase through PayPal you'll then be protected from this criminal company. They will attempt to go above the law do not allow them!

Now they're saying I bought my item from a distributor knowing full well I got the item from the freddy store.

FYI if they try not to refund you, go to PayPal or your bank. Don't let them win with this illegal behaviour.

Well ordered on line got there in 10 minutes said it would be ready food was ready but shakes and drinks were not there another 20 minutes got home food was stone cold burgers were so salty could not eat them will never eat there again Ron Batchelor 45:00 dollars wasted y’all owe me a refund absolutely

When you buy their products that are on offer, then it is a very good value for money. Otherwise i think they are overpriced. I have to admit the quality is good though, BUT also their products have not been through a lot of use , time will tell if the quality stands the test of time

I love Freddy jeans but the material develops tiny holes in it. It is a flaw that happens at the crotch and over the buttocks in various places. I’ve had several pairs and the holes develop sometimes in a very short period of time. I don’t wear jeans very often so I am not putting the material through a lot of wear and tear

All recent pairs of their high waist jeans rip at the crotch. I tried to contact freddy.ie( irish website) over 15 times and nobody got back to me. im so disappointed as i spent €150.00 on them , which is alot of money!!THEY WONT EVER RESPOND TO ME IV SEND AT LEAST 20 EMAILS

I’ve worn Freddy jeans since 2013, before they were even in USA. I must own 30 pairs, all different styles. Recent purchases left me bewildered & very disappointed. They have changed their materials in the faux leather as well as the new bronze material colored pants. They used to be a thick cotton/elastane, providing a smooth and snatched figure. They changed to a thin polyester blend / elastane. The difference is quite noticeable. They do not suck you in, they don’t fit tightly through the legs, they do not lift the glutes. Why? Because the material is too cheap. They are loose in the wrong places & tight in the wrong places. The super high waist buckles because there’s not enough stiffness in the material to make them stay in place. I tried them on and immediately thought they looked very cheap. I wouldn’t buy any of their pant materials made with this polyester blend. Check the description especially on the faux leather and new styles so you avoid what happened to me. Even worse, still charging 200 a pop for significantly less quality. Update - I did NOT ORDER FROM ONE OF YOUR DISTRIBUTORS - I ORDERED FROM FREDDY.com - nice try though

I purchased a pair of jeans. I discovered two tiny holes in the leg on my very first wear. I returned them and received an email to say they could not issue a refund. How is this possible? I emailed Freddie’s when they advised me that they could not give a refund. I have bought these jeans in the past and these were a replacement for ones that were worn out. I am only noticing now the reviews of others with the same issues and regretting not buying them in store as it would be a straight exchange or refund. I now have no jeans and no refund for the €140 I spent.

I’ve bought a few pairs of Freddy’s jeans and the quality is fantastic and worth the price. I did buy an unsuitable pair recently (the colour didn’t suit me) and I have to say the refund process and the high customer service was a breath of fresh air. Nina who I corresponded with was very polite and friendly. I will continue to recommend this company and be a loyal customer. Thank you.

This company expects people to fit into a size 9 shoe. If you do not fit in then they DISCRIMINATE. This company is not worthy of my money. Discriminating organisation that only think about themselves and money. There is no customer service. Boycott any place that discriminates. Take my money elsewhere where I am treated with open arms and the company is happy to help.

Quality is really bad, I’ve written review on another forum and given a bit higher in this.

This company get some good reviews so I’m not sure if they are all not good but my jeans were not flattering and the stitching was horrendous with damage stains on so obviously need my money back and shock get that soon I hope. They did try to get me to close the PayPal dispute too before refund so that’s naughty as well.

Still not returned the item as they said they would as ‘goodwill’

I have had a refund now 6 weeks later as PayPal have enforced it.

Updated, they eventually sent me a new pair the same style and they are ok.

I don’t think the quality is great and they don’t hold in or lift but. I saw other reviews it seems they used to use better quality materials but no longer a go to brand for that customer,

If only I had to put a star. The customer service in this company is shocking. The telephone number doesn’t work. No one replies to your emails and limited replies to the online messaging before they stop replying for no reason. I’m trying to return a pair of jeans and it is disgraceful. Will never use this company again.

It's not my first purchase, and once again, Freddy has the best design, amazing quality, super sexy, super comfortable, amazing "buy one, get second free" deal this time, and the next day delivery at no extra charge (I might have been lucky).

I feel like a right fool for buying these.
I bought them for £199 expecting some sort of nice quality or making me to look like a million dollars baby. The true is that they are very thin and looking on me like a pair if cheap leggins from Primark. I was proper shocked when they arrived as they are very very thin. And if your bum-bum isn't already looking like Kim's bum forget that these pants will make it looking any bigger.
Another thing is, they charge you GBP5.00 for a return. They don't send QR code to scan in the post office, you got to print it yourself. They won't charge you for the return if you do an exchange or store credit. I've been bombarded with promoting emails from them, they are all over the socials so yeah I did fall for that trick. Nothing special about them. Definitely not worth £199😂🙈

So, I have just received my first pair and have orderes two more! My rear is somewhat flat, we are not blessed with bottoms in my family... but hellllo perky little bum before my eyes... these are like a boost bra for your bum! Properly impressed. I hope they will wash well as I am going to be wearing these alot!

its not even jeans just leggings expensive leggings. material is very poor gets hole easily. color is gone off after one wash. zipper is off too. i have 2 freddy pants both same poor quality not buying again. rip off price for cheap quality pants

Excellent quality in the stitching and fabric of the jacket .The leggings made of recycled material is a nice idea, a bit stiff as a fabric, despite all this, the application is perfect!

The jeans fitted perfectly, I already had a very old one and looked for a new pair exactly the same but with a darker color.
I chose the model and checked the size. They have arrived after a few days and are exactly as I wanted them, fit perfectly and are as the photo in the catalogue
