Freddy is the best! High quality product, fast delivery

I bought a pair of Freddy Faux Leather High Waisted trousers in 2019 and absolutely love them. Have worn them so much that I need a new pair. I have ordered 1 pair directly from Freddy and 1 pair from another shop and it seems the material has changed, it’s thicker and more pvc feeling than before. Has anyone else found this and has anyone found the originals again?

Product good, and very quality. The cost is in line with the quality the product. The experience on repeat.

good pants but I wont buy again. advertised on the website and specific items 2 for one deal, when I tired to buy it wouldn't allow me to. Contacted them and they acted like oh the deals ended sorry yet was still active on the site when I wnet to buy, Bad experience.

Holes developed quickly in 2 pairs of jeans. Contacted freddy customer service on multiple occasions, just constantly being ignored. Over priced poor quality products. Avoid at all costs.

After viewing my comment on trust pilot Freddy had the AUDACITY to ask me to AGAIN contact their official distributer. This company beggers belief. I've already contacted the official distributer 4 TIMES and no acknowledgement whatsoever. I'm purchasing my jeans from TIFFOSI and I strongly recommend others to purchase TIFFOSI products also.

Very expensive jeggings not jeans at all. Feel nice but not worth the ridiculous price tag. Very small sizes and couldn't find the right size for me. Too small or too big. I wouldn't pay more than $50aud for these. Returned but had to pay $20 for the privilege of trying them on. I wouldn't recommend unless you have a body like the models advertised or have money to burn.

What a waste of money, google some different pants they don’t do anything just another pair of leggings.

Beware of their return policy! Cheaply made and very expensive to buy. Leggings run super small and about 3 sizes smaller than your normal size. Horrible customer service refused a return claiming it was a final sale even tho it wasn’t listed on their site. The leggings arrived defective and they finally said they would return them but are charging $8 for the return label. I will never buy from “Freddy” store jeans again.

Wouldn't recommend ordering. I ordered a pair and received them damaged. I messaged them on insta instantly to let them know and ask how to return no response. Returned the damaged jeans at own cost and received an email today saying they won't offer a refund as they were damaged. I had subsequently ordered the exact same pair on the back of receiving the refund. Re their reply I have reverted to them and no reply. I have raised a complaint with PayPal for a refund. They kept the damaged pair too, not that I would want them.

I completed my warehouse order on 26th July.

After a week, I contacted customer service to follow up as my order hadn't been dispatched. After several emails with excuses as to how busy they are & even being in contact with the customer service manager who committed to contacting the warehouse manager directly, there has been no shipping notification.

It's now been 2 weeks and my order still hasn't been packed and shipped!

Constant emails with no commitment to their customers! Absolutely terrible service and a warehouse logistics team that clearly don't know how to manage their business. Sort it out Freddy!

You'll notice Freddy do not allow reviews on their Facebook page or on Google. Clearly there's an issue in both AU & UK with ordering, dispatch & customer service as I've sadly had issues dealing with both. Very disappointing as the jeans are nice but the business is simply very poorly run!

Not sure I will buy again.
Ordered 3 pair of jeans on July 8th.
One of shipped from one of their stores and arrived within 5 days which was great.
On July 17th I contacted customer service and was told that the rest should arrive on July 18th - now we have August 2nd and I am still waiting.
Have been in contact with customer service several times after July 17th.
Have been told that we will investigate and get back to you. When I did not hear anything for several days I checked my case on the webpage and it was closed.
Reached out on the chat yesterday and was, once again, told that the package is in transit.
It has been more than 3 weeks since it was shipped - and I don´t have a clue when - and if - I will receive anything, so I guess I have lost to pair of jeans and the money I have paid for it.

Great comfy jeans but every pair I purchase always faults along crotch line. (I am female without more bulk around the groin region and have had each pair fitted correctly instore)...lol.....
Very very overpriced jeans with weakness along seams. Staff refused to replace item as I had no receipt, even though I presented two pairs with same defect. Think twice about this product for the price charged, regardless of how great they look!!!

They sent me 2 pairs - one was DIRTY and the other had a HOLE in the leg , from reading other reviews this isn’t the only time ( and FREDDY JEANS - NO I did NOT buy from a distributor before you comment and say that like you do on every bad review). I sent them back because of this and they told me they would “as a gesture of goodwill they would refund me the £300 I spent to a giftcard”!!!!!!!! - NOT to my bank, like any other normal shop , but a giftcard, despite them having a return policy allowing refunds. I WILL NOT BUY any other pairs- I think they are bad quality for the money , so at this stage they have STOLEN my money from me. Have asked 4 times to refund to my bank to no avail. You send me faulty goods and then tell me you’re refunding to a store gift card??? So you keep my 300£?? SCAM of a company and I wil be reporting to my bank as you have breached own refund policy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEIFS.

I bought a pair on promotion time buy one get one free. But they send me only one pair. Confirmation stated but one get one free and they reluctant to send another pair. Asking where should I complain ?

Freddie jeans are odd size and you may have issues getting the right fit.
Turns out if you buy something on sale they have a clause that says they won't even exchange an item.
I purchased some pants on a buy one. Get one deal and some shorts on a buy one get one deal. Turns out they're just a little bit too small to be usable.
Freddy's answer is sorry. There's no exchanges or returns or anything.
All I can say is they are terrible.

My first pair got a hole. I am grateful they were exchanged for free and I received instructions on how to put them on "properly" and adjust like tights. I was fine with that. But the replacement pair have also got a hole in them in an area that is not impacted by how they are put on -the crutch. But wait.. I also have a second pair that also has thinning and a hole at the seam too. Very disappointing considering the cost.

Wish I’d read this before I just bought some !

I don’t understand why the distributor is blamed for everyone’s problems, aren’t they just distributing the Freddy product, how are faulty products their problem ?

I am very pleased with the purchases. Great price-quality ratio, interesting and balanced designs. It's hard with obvious products like a sweatshirt or a hoodie for some non-standard things, and Freddy will always add a little something that makes this outfit unique. A nice standout brand for me.
