I have loved Freddy's since they showed…

I have loved Freddy's since they showed up in Houston. But last month happened and I am FINISHED with freddys (little letters intentional)!
I stopped at the freddys I ha e visited since it opened in Baytown, Texas a few years ago. I went in for a quick lunch. NOT I waited, along with about twenty others, for one hour and twenty-five minutes! Really, 85 minutes. I finally went to find out what was wrong only to find that my order was not even in the line! Others were having the same issue. The manager(?) person was rude and arrogant to all the customers.
I finally saw the problem. The drive thru was being served very fast instead of the in store customers.
That isn't the only problem with freddys! The corporate structure will not follow up on any complaints and will not call back if you leave a message (I left four)!
I was sent a text that said the franchise owner would be in touch....crickets, after four weeks!
I like the product but not enough to tolerate a fifth rank people company policy!
In short, I will never eat another freddys product! Miss the food, will not be abused by a "fast food" hole!

STEAKBURGER Wrong Name

Steakburger is wrong name! The wait in line at drive through WAY TOO LONG! Burger just barely warm and too dry. Requested no ketchup. Burger drowning in mustard. Should have requested no mustard and no pickle along with no ketchup. Ate half and tossed half. Onion rings hot but lacked flavor. First and last visit. will NOT go again!

Clean people, clean!

The moment I walked into this restaurant I knew I should have walked right back out, the floor and every single table were dirty. I ordered anyway. I placed my order with the cashier. He lacked personality. I took my cups over to the "filling station" and had to hold them the entire time for fear of sitting them on the nasty counter and contaminating the cups. I hate to be so negative, but there were plenty of staff, why they didn't clean is beyond me. Our food was hot and tasted good, otherwise, this would be an even lower rating. 760 Winfield Dunn Parkway Sevierville, TN

I ordered the double cheeseburger combo…

I ordered the double cheeseburger combo with a large pepsi a side of onions ring and a vanilla cookie in the drive through
of course i got home with NO fries!!
I called the store on fry road in houston and let them know the situation, and was told i had 24 hours to come get my fries or else forget it!!
I promise you i will NEVER go to this place again
because clearly they make their customers pay for the restaurant mistakes!!

Slow and slower

I waited in the drive through last night in Falcon Colorado for 45 minutes to get two shakes and two concretes. There were nine cars in the drive through by 15 minutes there were two cars. There should be no way that it takes that long for food when you are in the drive through. By the time we got to the window they had to remake our custard because it was melted. I think we need to more workers or people that want to please people. This is the worst service I have ever had at a so-called fast food restaurant. Maybe free custard next time for waiting so long but nothing was even offered. Maybe the manager is to blame he was just cooking fries the whole time. I would like this issue to be looked into, because Freddy's is on of the best custard shakes. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Stopped by because Google review said…

Stopped by because Google review said Freddy's was better than Steak and shake., well they were wrong. My tea had no ice. At least 90 percent was in the bottom of the bag. It looked like a child put the burger together. Bun halfway on and it was very soggy. This was the Ocala fl location. I was not given a receipt. It's back to Steak and Shake for me

Better staffing

My Husband and I stopped by to grab a bite on our way home. Lafayette, Indiana location. It was around 5:45 pm
Skyler, a young kid, very sloppy appearance, needed to have his hair tied back, barley see his face, his hat was pulled down pretty low.
After we sat down, we noticed he was making the custard desserts without any gloves, then handling money and back again making food.
Really?

Size DOES matter!!!

I purchased 2 double steakburger combos with regular (tiny) fries inside a tiny container like you’d see in Legoland, and drinks. Also got a bottle each of fry seasoning and fry sauce. My total was right at $40. I pay. They hand me one very questionable sized sack. It seemed strange so I asked and they said “Yes it’s all in there.” Ok. I pull into a parking spot to double check. I literally felt like I’d been teleported into that Matt Damon movie where everythingis miniaturized..? That one. I took pics just to show their tiny food inside their tiny containers next to my tiny hands! These serving sizes are TINY! Did I say tiny again? Sorry! I don’t eat a lot at one time, I fill up real fast. I never eat a double burger. I was still hangry after theirs. Their meat is so flat & thin it’s more like an almost single regular patty. I could’ve easily finished a triple! I’ve never even ordered a triple burger for myself. I was literally left hangry at the end of a DOUBLE cheeseburger WITH tiny fries fries and a tiny drink. I was SO DISAPPOINTED. Things tasted average. Nothing special to warrant paying that amount of money for something resembling a McDonald’s Happy Meal. Well actually that’s dissing McDonald’s because at least the Happy Meal has some weight to it. IF the burgers were even adult sized servings I would definitely return. But this was a complete waste of money, time and calories… fat intake… etc. all that bad stuff we love to eat! Just UNBELIEVABLE. The way things are priced these days was taken into consideration and my conclusion is, yes everyone has to charge to make money but when you short your customers SO BADLY then that just makes you dirty and out to feed off the hungry or the hangry! Quite literally in this case! We’re just all trying to survive this crazy world of inflation so c’mon!! WHERE’S THE BEEF? And the fries!? Thanks but NO THANKS! I’ll continue going to Best Burger Barn, Applebee’s, Chili’s, McDonald’s, etc for a real American adult sized burger!

Jake doesn't know the difference…

Jake doesn't know the difference between two scoops of chocolate in a dish and a regular chocolate sundae. Since when has two scoops of chocolate become a regular chocolate sundae? Nor does he know how to give change. I guess it was a roundup, so he didn't have to give change. The way I look at it is Freddy's made money on my order since a sundae cost more than two scoops. All I can say is Jake needs another job! Management needs to do away with the so-called roundup on pricing. Don't even ask me the question. Just return my change! Inflation is bad enough. Freddys took me for $.98 on my order. I guess they need it more than me. Lately, Freddy's custard is more like a milk shake. I guess I just need to take my business elsewhere. BTW, I had been visiting this location 3 - 4Xs a week.
