Regular service options and quality
Good day,
Service is open only between 9:00 to 12:00 and you cannot do return of items by web, I need to call or send a mail. Takes time! Webside should have this option. I call them for another reason and they were very nice.
Quality on the glasses is not that impressive on the crisspy and they are not that elegant. That's why we return them. They do not look that nice after all. But I will keep the water glasses.
Since shippment takes soo long and webside its not easier, I am not sure if I want to try Ada option.
I was very exited about your brand but, after all, it was not that impressive.

9 days and still waiting for order
According to their website, their shipping to Denmark is 1-4 days, but ordered my product 12 days ago, received my order confirmation 9 days ago, and still haven't received anything, not even a tracking nr.
