No after sales customer service
No after sales customer service - did not receive any instruction booklet and plug was not to SA specifications (at least supply an adapter). Item seemed to be just dumped into box - wasn't packed in the plastic bag that were in the box and the box didn't close properly anymore. If I had to guess, it was an item that was returned and then put on sale, but not specified. Second email requesting to review them, but no response to my email regarding above issues.

The package look liked it was opened…
The package look liked it was opened and the user manual also shown signs of being used in the past. It had finger print all over it. Overall the package was in a poor state. Power cable looked as though someone was using it before returning it to the package. They can do better than this. The router looked new and that is the only positive.

The sanitizing stand is wobbly and doesnt sit firmly on the ground. Even when one presses the foot pedal the stabd wobbles as if it will fall. Im glad I ordered one to tets before i made a bulk order. The delivery service was amazing! If i wasnt concerned about the integrity of the stand itself i would use Fredmuk again because of the fast delivery
