This company will waste your time and…

This company will waste your time and have you calling/emailing with no response. Time wasters, terrible service. They are running a scam, to collect more money from the government.

Free2Learn are scammers a total waste of time

Free2Learn are scammers, they will not give you your certificate until you make a complaint. The welding course is a complete joke. Also the admissions manager Ross believes the world owes him something.

I was very disappointed because first online teacher was unprofessional and there is very bad communication.I was waiting for last practical test or visit to some place so that it’s all completed but after many many months, I got no response and I don’t know who to contact.

It is the worst school in the United…

It is the worst school in the United Kingdom, the teachers are unprofessional, rude and disrespectful, especially the online teachers. Their communications skills are inexistent, worst customer service ever, they never answer the phone calls. When we finish a module or an exam they don't inform us what is going on, the teacher says they will contact you in a week but it is more like months if you are lock enough. It is really awful place to do a course, it looks like just a scheme using people to get money from the UK's Government because of the way they do things. Advice, look for another place to do your course, unless you like to be used as toilet paper, have loads of stress and waste months of your time with a course that should last a week or two.

Disappointing......

I have been chasing this company or let's say trying to get someone to speak to me about my certificates,I finished 4week course back in May and business admin 2week course in August,I still haven't heard back ,I have emailed ,I have called ( million times) noone even picks the phone. So,how and where do you contact to get any response,really really disappointed and frustrated. As whoever do this courses wants to find a job to do better in life,but looks like they don't really care.... Sad really....
P.S. had to respond to Free2Learn automated answer....still haven't had chance to reach them ,the phone number,noone picks it up to answer,so still on unknown where I will get confirmation of the courses I done.

SCAM

This company is a scam run by horrible people who will waste your time and only enrol you to get grants from the government and do not care about you at all. avoid at all costs

Had the worst experience with this…

Had the worst experience with this company as I was studying for 4 weeks on the retail course and then first aid course which was mandatory for the SIA licence and waited several weeks for the qualifications also they told me to go to the post office to finalise my Sia badge application which was told I didn’t need to and so altogether waited 5 months after to get my badge in whole.

How to get on zoom

Hackney free2learn

I was delayed for many many months for a course and no one ever got back to me. Everytime I reached out they would tell me I'd have to wait but every time I pressured them and told them I would complain, all of a sudden I'd get the results I wanted. It seemed like most of the staff members didn't care. When I got told I had to come in to do the physical exercises/work in the class room all we ever did was more writing and more revision and presentations, the funny part is we got taught THE WRONG stuff and the work was outdated. Free2learn need to improve the way they work, it was honestly really bad and their time keeping is the worst.

Great course and great staff at the Doncaster branch

Great course and great staff at the Doncaster branch especially Toni May, Mike and Anthony were so helpful and made the whole process stressfree and were very supportive throughout the course and even when applying for the sia cctv badge. Great job guys definitely recommend Free2Learn Doncaster

Very impressed!!!!

My experience through free2learn it was the best. I met professional tutors they support me when I needed and I got an offer for job when I receive my certificate. I have been in the past in different courses but only in free2learn I get what they promise.

I did and passed and SIA course with…

I did and passed and SIA course with them, despite passing the course I never received my badge, went to speak to them and was promised several times that they would sort this out, many a phone call that rings out too and yet...2 yrs later still nothing. I could be working but am having to look at doing another time wasting course. I have also made a complaint to SIA about Free2Learn...don't waste your time...

Been chasing Free2learn for months to…

Update To my issues December 2022
So I had made many more attempts to get this sorted, I have been given the run around and now given up trying with them, many promises to fix the issue and get my SIA license.
I have made many attempts to contact the european social fund to raise a concern about this company but the board of education have no interest.
So this had been going on since mid 2021.

I would also like to point out the many fake 5 star reviews I have also seen like one of them names Christopher Columbus.

Be very cautious of this company!

I have been chasing Free2learn Since March 2021 so I can complete my SIA I had finished all the additional parts that are not mandatory to gain an SIA licence in December, but these are mandatory if you use free2learn just so they can secure the maximum funding from the European social fund.
Being based in Suffolk they was meant to sort out an SIA course near my self but was asked if i could attend for 2 weeks at Doncaster or Hackney.

This has put me in such a spiral of debt as I was meant to have this all finished by the end of march and start my new job, but unfortunately the company i had secured a job with had to give this to somebody else because I still don't have a SIA licence, you can just about afford to cover bills on universal credits.
Being disabled i can't just go to work in a warehouse to earn the money so i can pay for the licence.
If i get awarded pip I will pay for this my self and send free2learn the receipt.
How do you make a formal complaint about this sort of company.

Date to day 26/08/2021 still no date to attend for the sia had a few call told they would get back to me.
Still nothing
