My experience with Freeacy was awful from start to finish. I ordered a jumpsuit and waited seven months for it to arrive. I had to write them at least 10 times to even get an update, and for long stretches, they didn’t respond at all. I asked for a refund several times, but they refused to give me my money back.

By the time they finally shipped the order, I had already moved out of the country. I had to change the shipping address, and in the end, I never personally received or wore the jumpsuit. My friend, who accepted it for me, said the quality was terrible and that it was very see-through.

This entire ordeal was stressful, unprofessional, and completely not worth it. Based on my experience, I believe Freeacy operates like a scam. I strongly recommend avoiding them.

Just received my shipment and the quality is truly awful. This site used to be better, with hit or miss quality. Now everything is thin, cheap and ill-fitting. Nothing looks like it does on the site. I will never order again.

Purchased a Goldfish mini dress for my wife. Paid with PayPal
They confirmed the order by email and sent me a tracking number which said it is not in any system
Dress still has not arrived in Australia
No response to emails to Freeacy

The order was made on May 3, it was not shipped, no one replies on the emails, no refund was issued.

Really poor quality… sizes are all messed up … and the dresses don’t look good and most of all, they are anything like the pictures!
Do not waste your money like I did

I had a good experience with this company. My order took 3-4 weeks to be delivered but there was a tracking system up and running for it within a week. When the clothing items arrived, they matched exactly what I had ordered and were nice quality.
I was nervous at first during shipping, but am pleasantly surprised and satisfied with my experience. For styles that only come from this region if the world right now, it was worth it.

There are so many of these Chinese companies now selling clothes online. I thought I’d take a chance, but really regret it!

The clothes arrived stinking of chemicals. Really, really poor quality materials, and really odd sizing.

I’ve been trying to return them for 2 months now.

Firstly, the customer service rep offered to give me back about 30% of the parcel value and dispose of the clothes. I didn’t feel this was fair, so I chose to return.

You have to send the parcel back to China at your own cost. So that was huge hit to begin with. Then I discovered you have to pay import duties to return clothing to China… crazy!!!

Anyway I sent it back weeks ago - and have been waiting for a refund ever since… tracking says it’s stuck in customs; customer service not helping.

Don’t bother.
