Would definitely not recommend these guys than several videos and some of them came out pretty cool but the problem that you have to deal with stealing your credits from you because of their faulty and obviously untested programs that don’t work several times I had glitches, but yet my credit credits were disappearing and getting nothing in return.

I subscribed to create music videos. I described what I wanted in the video & uploaded my original track. Furthermore, I continuously received error messages stating that some images had errors over and over again. Note that all the media images were completely created by AI. Not one was mine. I asked repeatedly to the AI agent which pictures had errors because I checked reach in the panel & it stated all scenes (images/videos) were successful. After abut 3–4 days, it finally went through. It was not perfect, but manageable. I had to remaster the audio and tweak several scenes. Yes, I did reach out to customer service & received no response.

I tried again for a shorter video, and it was such a struggle as it did not give what I wanted and finalized the video before I was done. Again, customer service did not reply after several messages via email and social media to address this and the fact that freebeat has no way to unsubscribe. I had to cancel my Chime card to get out of this. Interestingly enough, my credit union declined the charge. That's why I used my Chime card, but that should have been enough for me to NOT pay a subscription to this service, but the free trial was successful.

The concept is nice & simple, but it has too many glitches and limitations, then to top it all off, no customer service and as of this date, no way to cancel. In addition, they have the same kind of video imagery feel for every video you create.

By the way, I created another video today as I still have credits left, and had the same issues.

Videos generated are so dissimilar to what is prompted that it seems comprised of premade stock video patched together. Chat spools out verbose "updates" during protracted waits to create the impression that something unique is being generated. Meanwhile. credits run down just short just before generation is "complete" and you have to purchase more credits in bigger bundles. Video output is not really responsive to prompts, and commonly includes people changing between genders for no reason. Telling ai in chat it's wrong is just used as a pretext to require more credits to regenerate and still end up with the same ridiculous video.

It's designed to make money NOT good videos. I've been trying to cancel or find how to cancel the membership and you just can't find it! IT'S ILLEGAL PREDATORY BILLING

There is no indication of how much a single video clip will cost when you start. It just keeps asking for more money along the way. Customer service is a joke. Give it a miss.

I am writing once again to request a full refund and to file a formal complaint regarding the extremely poor experience I have had with your service.

I have contacted you multiple times regarding the low-quality and irrelevant videos generated by your platform. Despite clearly explaining the issues and sending you the video as proof, every response I received simply stated that the video was “successfully generated,” and my refund request was repeatedly denied.

The video you produced was completely irrelevant, filled with illogical, unnatural movements, and had no connection whatsoever to the music I provided. The scenes were random and incoherent, and the overall visual quality was extremely poor. I waited over one hour for this video to be created, only to receive a final product that was unusable.

Even after reviewing the video I sent you, you claimed it was “successful,” which shows that customer concerns are not being taken seriously. This behavior is unacceptable and disrespectful to your users.

I must also stress that, based on my experience, I strongly advise other users NOT to use Freebeat AI, as the service quality is misleading and the support team refuses to issue refunds even when the product clearly fails to meet basic expectations. This creates the impression of a scam-like operation, where customers' money is taken without delivering the promised results.

Given all of this, I once again request a full refund, and I expect my issue to be handled seriously and professionally.

I paid over $200 for Freebeat.ai expecting a professional-grade video generation tool. What I received was a frustrating experience from start to finish. Even with a detailed and specific prompt, the outputs were nowhere near what was advertised — inconsistent visuals, janky quality, and an overall lack of creative cohesion. The interface provides inadequate instructions, and their Credits model is unclear at best, misleading at worst. Support has been almost nonexistent. After submitting an email describing the issues in detail, no response at first, then I received generic template replies. (They claimed my first email found it's way into their Junk Box.) For a premium-priced product, that’s unacceptable. Freebeat.ai feels like it’s still in beta but being marketed and sold as a professional tool. The technology has potential, but in its current state, it’s not worth the price. Until they deliver what they advertise, improve documentation, and offer real support, I won’t recommend it to anyone.

Absolute garbage. It cannot generate even the simplest clips, no matter how detailed the prompt. I gave it a song, I gave it lyrics, I gave it a detailed style and it returned trash. And it constantly asked for more credits to complete a process that had no preview of what it was going to provide.

Bought pro, mistake, can't use them at all, they say they can take a 5 min song upload, but then when I tried to upload my song an error pop-up " only songs less then 50 MB" WHAT!? WHAT KIND OF 5 MIN SONG IS LESS THEN 50 MB!?!? Then they won't let me unsubscribe, so now I gotta go to the bank!!! To shut down their monthly subscription for 24.99 USD

I tried it out, because TAFT promoted it, but its absolute trash. The AI-Video looks like a bad animation from the 90s, bad animations, bad resolution and has nothing to do with the uploaded track.

After trying numerous times to join their discord community I gave up. I could not get it to believe I was a human even though I solved their little tests. So I could not connect with other users who might help me. plus since when is 6.99 50% savings on 9.99? I am anxiously waiting to see if I get my money back since I requested it within hours of signing up. I don't have time to deal with this crap.

I feel compelled to warn others about freebeat.ai. This website is a serious disappointment and a potential financial trap.
They absolutely do not deliver what they advertise. The video creations are shockingly bad, and their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered.
The most concerning issue is their billing: they will continue to charge you and deduct money even after you have canceled your subscription. This is unacceptable and predatory.
Save yourself the trouble and money – steer clear of freebeat.ai. They are truly bad news.

Full length videos ignores prompts e.g Caucasian man. Displayed the exact opposite female.

I’m sure it could be ok for simplistic,common general themes but if you’re looking for specifics nope. Need to email to unsubscribe, no user options to end yourself.

The absolute worst customer service I HAVE EVER HAD--ANYWHERE--, and thats if you even get a reply, its. Try other sites very siiliar to them, ones that actually care about their paying members...RUN..RUN FAST.. IIll update this weekly to see if they ever reply back. And will be sure to let everyone know about this online AI company
