Booking was ok but it was not an unusual experience. I can describe it at an ordinary doing. The price were ok but sometimes not understandable high prices for a few days.

Freebird Airlines Europe commenced operations on 20 February 2019 after receiving its Air Operator Certificate from the Malta Civil Aviation Directorate. Based in Malta, the airline operates in accordance with European Union Aviation Safety Agency standards and Maltese aviation regulations.

Flight Dalaman to Newcastle Shocking!
Flight from Newcastle airport to Dalaman on August 30th evening, basic flight, decent crew but very basic (original flight was cancelled and TUI arranged with freebies). Upon returning (6th September afternoon), rude crew, would not accept my bank card (was accepted on ongoing flight), also would not accept £'s notes (says accepts this on the menu), taking away food from my young son (making him cry a certain mature cabin crew member), different cabin crew from first flight, would definitely not recommend this airline if you have children of any age, certain crew members do not know how to communicate to youngsters. The younger crew staff seem to actually enjoy their job, however Upon returning we weren't so lucky. When I said my card and cash was accepted on the ongoing flight, the mature crew member kept saying email the airline and she will also (why would she want to email her employer, very strange). First time with freebies, definitely my last!

Cabin was not well maintained and clean, old looking. Seats are not comfortable and leg space is too small. I didn’t get a check in mail but you can easily log in and check in from the website everything else went perfectly and smoothly

I had bought a more expensive…
Although I had bought a more expensive tariff, there was no refund for extras that I couldn't use. They could at least offer a voucher. I had only bought my ticket at short notice so the 7 days were useless.
In addition, the food really didn't taste good.
The staff on the plane were really nice.

Great crew & delicious meal
