I’ve been a long-time userof Freebitco.in and previously had successful deposits and withdrawals.

Now, I have two Bitcoin withdrawals that remain unprocessed after more than 7 days (slow withdrawal from July 28 and instant from July 29).
No TXIDs were issued, and both are still marked as "pending".

I submitted a support ticket on July 30 and followed up on August 4 — still no real response, only the initial automated message.

I have always followed their terms, used no VPN or multiple accounts, and I have full documentation.

Based on my personal experience and seeing other users report similar issues, I strongly suspect this platform may no longer be operating in good faith.
I would urge others to stay away from Freebitco.in unless they provide transparency and resolve pending withdrawals.

DO NOT SEND money there.The site has stopped paying out.They do not communicate and have frequent outages, even for several days.

My 'instant' withdraw is pending 7 days, so it seems that is scam for now.

just did a withdraw the timer has ended for 15 mintues i paid for the instant that cost me 0.00000170 btc and with drew 0.00430900 btc messaged them on their form about when i will get it but idk if this is a scam or not

I did a withdrawal of 4050 FUN. Got no confirmation email and never received the funds. Contacted customer support but no reply. This used to be a legit site. Now is a scam.

It has been 35 days and my fun tokens still not come...They have stolen my fun tokens somehow near 62000...So people dont trust them...

I've just received my Bitcoin withdrawal. It took a bit longer than expected, but I got the full amount.

I withdrew over 9000 FUN tokens on July 16th and until today nothing has arrived nor is there a transaction in their history I think the site is slowly going down forever and of course forget about support because no one is responding

Used to be able to withdraw without any problems, and within the allotted timeframe. Last two withdrawals have been problematic though, with the most recent one being stuck at pending for 3 days now.

Sent 3 tickets to support and none of them have been picked up.

Anyone else had this experience in the past week or so?

Edit: Took 6 days to come but I got the withdrawal. Waiting on another now. So far it has been 5 days so let's see how long this one takes.

Edit: Been waiting for a week now and still no withdrawal.

Edit: Still haven't received anything after 9 days as yet but people have been saying that the new normal for withdrawals is about 16 days now

Edit: 24.08.2025. Have started legal proceedings against freebitco.in using MSB Solicitors in the UK. Been almost a month and nothing heard from freebitco.in

Long term user, glad it's up and running again. Was worried that the weekend issues were permanant. Be sure to check out the faucets and interest program. Never had any issues depositing or withdrawing. B+ overall.

2017 user - It's been a great run. I can't say for sure whats happening. Their reward system has seen changes. I somehow didn't get premium spins for over a year, they are back. But the site recently has been down ALOT. I 'do' still see withdrawls.. but it's so slow and beyond their promised time frames it has me on the cusp of them either having real technical issues or at the end of their run. I do also suspect cyber attacks happen that they simply shut the servers down. But I've got a FUN withdrawal thats not come through for weeks meanwhile BTC withdrawals that have just yesterday but took so long I forgot about them. But were paired with a Withdrawal I made only a few days ago. So it's incredibly inconsistent. New users, stay away. Current ones, I'd keep a premium minimum at best and run it until it dies if it's worth it to you. But I'd certainly not use as place of stake/ storage.

I can't access the website anymore, the website works fine before logging in but as soon as I try to login it returns error 500. I read on reddit that they are going to run with people's money. I hope this isn't true as I have a nice balance with them that I am going to lose :(

Can no longer access the site, I would say its being done on purpose to stop withdrawals. A constant error 500 when logging in. From what others are saying it looks like now they'll do a runner with everyone's money.
