This is an above average faucet. It's average in it's RNG (random number generating) based odds of scoring a higher paying "roll."

It becomes above average & even excellent in the owner/team's responsiveness to the community. They have a constant presence on twitter and ALWAYS respond in a timely fashion. I have made suggestions that were graciously received & may be implemented in the future. I have also shared my frustrations with them, in getting a type of error code that limits successful rolls. They have been working with the community to sort this out and get things right for over two weeks now! Most other sites would have simply said the problem is on my side & told me to get lost at this point. These guys are actually curious about the problem and invested in fixing whatever the problem might be. All of this they work out with me publicly on twitter. There is no asking me to take this offline to hide the issue or frustrations. They are completely transparent.

I was dismayed to learn that a site based upon trust EVER had a "poor" rating for these sites. It's never been true for a moment. It leaves me concerned that Trustpilot site itself may be easily manipulated. Which leads to my next points:
There have been 2 types of people who would complain about the sites.

1) those that don't understand how RNG rolls are computer generated. We can't manipulate the code to get a better win rate; AND THE SITE doesn't manipulate the code to keep payouts low. In fact the site added surveys in to counter those concerns - which has led to a controllable way to speed up payouts; and
2) outright cheaters. The site has a FAQ that explains "no multiple accounts." Individuals post complaints about their payments not going through... it is a short time later that the evidence is presented that those individuals have multiple accounts that have been violated the rules.
These are the people giving a rating of poor.

I'm simply a user of the site. I'm not affiliated with them in any way or getting anything for writing this other than correcting the record. They might even consider me one of their grumpier vocal members. They deserve 4 stars today and every day.

The team would be the first to tell you that they are not perfect. They are a work in progress & eager to give a great experience. They have grown a good product & community.

these guys rock!! , they always keep you up to date with what's going on and there always looking for new ways for you to earn more and reach that minimum payout faster, they even post a code on twitter every day just so you can make an extra claim every day, not many other faucets that can do all that.
