Needed a quick car check and found this company, quick and easy and enough information for me to make a decision. Glad I did as the number of owners in a short space of time made me suspicious. Will use again.
Sent two emails to customer service, failed to answer both. Poor Service
Very simple to use and just the job that I needed for my prospective new car purchase. Especially when discovered outstanding finance. Received a comprehensive report which I printed out from the web page to pdf format. Only suggestion I can make is that a pdf download of the report should be offered as standard.
Brilliant service, a must if you're buying a secondhand car. Don’t get scammed! Used this service before you buy.
Paid for premium report which contradicts what the DVLA have recorded. Primarily that the DVLA have recorded my vehicle as being exported, but according to their report it hasn't been.
This makes me wonder how accurate the rest of the "not publically available" information is.
Am now seeking a refund
Lots of information that's available free online such as MOT history, performance etc. No really useful information helps if you were thinking of buying a car. Save your money.
