The free carddano site design needs a bit of tweeking. I think you could make the site more like an ABC Step By Step navigation, let the navigation information flow into each step and include a PTC platform

Minimum withdrawal was increased from 1 ADA to 5 ADA when ADA price increased and ADA payout decreased. Should be other way around.

This faucet is connected to a series of other faucets and I like them bc of the variety that is offered and the site layout. I'm so tired of getting to sites that have 88 million pop-ups and no clue as to how to use their faucet.
Yes, they have had some problems lately. But, they have addressed the issues in public, rather than most other faucet sites who do not bother.

I'm using freecardano for some time now and I must say it's working perfectly fine. Payouts are processed immediately. Support agents are reachable and very friendly.

Not gonna call it a scam because I don't have proof, but it doesn't strike me as 100% legitimate & the comparison to freebitco.in is laughable. With freebitco.in, takes 10k rolls (at the current minimum) to hit their withdrawal limit, and despite having a lower limit, takes more rolls on ada etc. because of their lower roll prize. I've been using these sites for maybe 6 months & I've hit the second tier prize a couple of times. Never above that, very rarely hit it (probably have rolled around 1k times on each site, not sure). Never done any of their surveys, after I tried once, all were blocked by my ad blocker, and the one that I did fill out I didn't get credit for. Don't post on Twitter asking people to boost your ratings, lower minimum withdrawals, add verifiable rolls, raise the lowest tier prizes to match the schema you set, and you'll look less like a scam.

Edit: Wasn't sure how you thought freedoge closing screwed people - I was there and didn't consider it as such - then realized you linked to one of your own posts (thought it was from freebitco.in at first glance). Not only did they payout everything they owed, they allowed for linking accounts to freebitcoin. That's entirely beside the point though, you can have your opinion that faucets shouldn't close, even with that it doesn't follow that referrers got screwed out of anything. They got paid for their referrals while the site was up, unless they were paying people to sign up with their refcode or something I don't see how they'd lose money, and if that were the case, that's on them for choosing to do that.

Occasionally annoying with the Captcha's, but that minor thing aside, they do payout as I have had one from this site, and a couple of payouts from their sister sites.

You won't get rich with this, but it is legit.

When Cardano was a few cents, you were able to reach the minimum withdrawal limit rather quickly. Nowadays with the higher withdrawal limit it seems impossible to cash out. Getting crypto this way is by no means a way to get rich quickly. You got to keep that in mind. Why a 4 star rating then? Well, they do not scam you, cash out time is relatively quick and they respond to your questions on twitter.
I only wish that they could find a business model that works for them so they can lower the withdrawal threshold or up the payouts.
