It's just a scam.
It's just a scam; they don't respond to the issues raised. When you are about to reach the minimum amount for withdrawal, they go offline, and when they get back online, most of your coins go missing.
If there was a zero or negative rating, I would rate them so.

Phising website will steal your password
When you try to register allways tell you that your username and password is wrong.
I believe it is a phising site that will force you to put lots of different passwords that will end to be recorded and then be used later against you, to hack you. So beware on this website, do not try to use passwords you use to use in your email or in your cryptocurrency wallet or any other passwords that will be used later from the hacker to withdraw cryptocurrencies from you or hack you later on and you will not know who hacked you.
If for any reason will be able to log in there, I doubt that will ever be able to withdraw your coins. I marked it as a HUGE SCAM.
