I would give a zero-star review and sue them if that was possible. Do NOT go there! I came in with pain in my chest, which was treated right and gone after a few days (so far so good). HOWEVER, whether it was the money or their own incompetence driving her, the chiro WRONGLY manipulated my cervical spine (I had no pain there, there was no need, and I was not asked beforehand). This invasion let to terrible pain (due to the abrupt trauma in my muscles), which I have now been suffering from for *three months*. I was spending my semester abroad in London at the time, which I had to quit earlier because of the pain. Back home in Germany, I went to several (real!) doctors, who all were shocked by the lack of competence of freedom clinics.
I was debating a long time whether to give them a bad review because that would not ease my own pain. But I am 21 years old, I used to live a happy, healthy and pain free life. The freedom clinics took that all away from me, and I hope I can help others to prevent the same mistake I made - trusting this clinic with their health. My everyday life became a challenge after my encounter with them, I dream of playing tennis again or let alone being able to work on a desk…

I never ever do this but this time round I did want to spend time recognising Ellie in the Canary Wharf reception . The patience you have, the availability for my (messy) bookings, attention to detail and client focus meant a lot so I do want to acknowledge that. Thank you Ellie, if only other place I go had an Ellie! This review ask for a date of experience, which is not fair. You consistently demonstrate these behaviours. Thank you.

My partner and I visited the clinic on August 27, 2024, and we were seen by Maud Proust, who provided exceptional care. We sought assistance for migraines, and while we did not receive the news we had hoped for, Maud went above and beyond by providing my partner with a comprehensive letter detailing his condition. Initially, we were hesitant to seek private care due to uncertainty and concerns about the cost, but we were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the entire team, from the friendly receptionist to the caring osteopath, Maud Proust. We would highly recommend this clinic. Thank you, Maud.

I visited Freedom Clinics in Canary Wharf for treatment of lower back pain and for course of 10 physio sessions. Alesia took time to understand and explore the underlying issue and provided effective and progressive treatment which has made a big difference to my back. I was encouraged by the breadth of expertise within the clinic and their ability to refer in-house to a musculo-skeletal specialist (Dr Wing, also very professional) for additional assessment and treatment. Staff here have always been friendly and efficient and I'd recommend the clinic to others

From the moment I entered the clinic the reception team were friendly, helpful and super efficient. I dropped in,explained my knee problem and was signposted to a chiropractor within the hour.
Shout out to Shahin Babayi who gave the most detailed explanation of my problem that I have never experienced before. Treatment was given together with general wellbeing for after effects . As a patient , YOU, actually matter and his kind ,relaxed and above all effective treatment , sent me on my way as a much happier person. There are truly people that care in this industry and I will definitely recommend this clinic to all persons I know. Thank you everyone

I went there not knowing what to expect and came out with a changed outlook. I feel fixed mentally as well as physically.
I had a foot issue dealt with in a comfortable inviting environment. What I thought was going to be a painful procedure was actually painless and I am still stunned by the result.
I would like to shout out to Mr. Hooper who has literally made a positive change in my life.

I visited the Leeds clinic yesterday when contacting them at very short notice after suffering a slipped disk.

The lady on reception couldn’t have been more helpful and polite. She managed to arrange me an appointment extremely quickly and was so welcoming when I attended.

I had my consultation and treatment with Trini Ibanez. She is amazing! When I arrived I was in agony and was having major trouble walking. Albeit I appreciate I will require follow up appointments, she managed to get my movement and pain under control within that very first appointment. Thank you Trini!

I couldn’t recommend Trini and in turn Freedom Car Clinics enough. 👏

I booked an appointment for this clinic as I am in Leeds for a few weeks and needed a chiropractor while I was here. I turned up late for the appointment due to the bus being late but they still managed to fit me in, give me an assessment and then also the treatment. Very friendly and knowledgable people and really good treatment. I have booked for another session next week

Suffering with upper back and shoulder pain/stiffness, so far have had a few excellent sessions with Dan and is working wonders

I have had acupuncture treatment for over six months with Dahlia. I was told by my doctor that I had vascular eczema which has caused my legs to swell. I decided to try acupuncture and I have been delighted with the results. Dahlia and the Freedom Clinic are excellent and would highly recommend this clinic. The treatment has worked wonders

I've suffered with neck and shoulder problems for years. Since seeing Nicole, I've had some release from pain and feel about 20 years younger with a spring in my step when I leave her. She's really thorough- and I'm looking forward to my next massage!

Been coming here to Freedom Clinic for years due to back and leg pain from old injuries. I’ve been seeing Luca the chiropractor and Nicole for a sports massage. I feel a lot better when I leave and made very welcome every time I come. And the amazing Isabella goes out of her way to make sure I get a slot so I don’t miss out as my work commitments get in the way.

I have had problems with hip and leg pain, and am very pleased with the care and treatment of physio and Osteopath at Freedom Clinic in Leeds.

Excellent service - My Chiropractor Luca is the best around, he told me about issues that I had and didn't know that they were causing my back pain, every time I go see him I come out feeling like a completely new man. If you have any sort of muscular problems I cannot recommend freedom clinics enough!

Everyone at the Canary Wharf team is lovely but Kevin Powell, physio, is a miracle worker. After almost a decade of walking on a foot that couldn’t move, all my limbs are damaged, even my injuries have injuries.
But unlike other physio’s he never treats me as a bidy part, he always takes my concerns seriously and he never blames me if i can’t get the exercise right. Instead, he adapts the movement to suit my capability level. I have made progress and for the first time in a long time i have hope that i will regain some of my former strength and flexibility. I throughly recommend him to anyone looking for a good physio.

I got a physiotherapy appointment on the day that I rang the Clinic with much relief because I was in unbearable neck and shoulder pain. Unfortunately, I was not going to get an appointment with a NHS physiotherapist for some time.

I was seen by Teja initially and had a thorough assessment, my treatment plan was explained clearly with advice on what I should do in between appointments. I have had no problem with the agreed rate for treatment. Tayja is no longer with the Clinic and told me that she would refer me to a very experienced colleague, Karim. I have been seeing Karim and true to Teja's words his experience is evident in his knowledge and treatment so far. I had been in unbearable pain and he had a full understanding of my symptoms and effects of living with the pain. The treatment along with the advised exercises are working.

I would recommend the clinic from my experience. Thanks Karim, you and Teja have been a life saver. PG (Sept 2020)

I had a very poor experience with this clinic. They tried to charge me more then what I had agreed to pay online. Then the steroid injection given at the clinic was not the same as other steroid injections that I had received in hospitals. It was far too strong. The steroid injection given to me by Freedom clinics made me very unwell and sick for 3-4 weeks, vomiting, I couldn't go into work for almost a month. They also injected the steroid injection into the tendon in my arm rather than the muscle in my arm. Overall it was a very bad experience, and wouldn't advise anyone to attend this clinic, and definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to have any steroid injections at this clinic, you will definitely regret this later. You would be better off going to a hospital.

Treatment here has been amazing. Clive and Ben have been giving me physio and massage and they really know what they are doing. I have used a few different companies for physio and Freedom clinics have given me the best service possible. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for the best treatment available. Through Covid 19 I have been doing video physio sessions which have really helped me. Thank you 🙏
