Terrible Service and Unresolved Issues – Beware!
I’ve been dealing with them for a while now, and my experience has been extremely frustrating. The dashboard has never worked properly, and despite numerous complaints, nothing has been done to resolve it. After reaching out to their support team, they told me the issue would be escalated to high priority – but I never heard back from them.
To make matters worse, my payout was rejected. I understand these things happen, but it took them **4 days** to provide new account credentials, and even then, the dashboard was still broken! When I contacted them to explain that the dashboard wasn’t working, they blamed the issue on my payment provider, claiming I had to sort that out first before I could receive a new account. I did everything they asked me to do, but after following all their instructions, they never provided a new account, and I received no further communication from them.
I’ve sent about **20 emails** and have had no response at all. This company has clearly **tricked** me and wasted my time. If the issue is ever resolved, I’ll update my review, but for now, I highly advise others to be **very cautious** when dealing with them.

Most unreliable company ever, coming up with new requirements when request payout.
Then if you ask them where those rules like consistency are mentioned they never respond and never provide the new account so you could make your money back.

Worst Ever customer service.
There FAQ are different from there hidden breaches and consistency rules. Before purchasing account I took every detail of rules and i was never told about this rule.
They failed my account saying all my trades were in one direction lol. If a market is moving towards BUY ofc m gonna trade buy. Who will do sell on buy trade and make loss 😂😂.
I got my account 16 hours after payment. That too without HFT file which they promise.
Just such a bad service.
