Our experience with Freedom Kitchens was on the whole a positive one. The design and planning team listened to our needs and followed with a design and products which really suited our home, our budget and lifestyle. In particular we would like to commend our installer Marek, his attention to detail, his skill and professionalism made the experience a stress free one. We’re extremely happy with our new kitchen/ laundry and commend Freedom Kitchens and thank them.

We spent almost $60k getting our Kitchen and wet bar installed. A majority for this was for Freedom Kitchens. After 3 years everything is delaminating and Freedom won't answer any or our requests for warranty support. If you're planning on spending a lot of money on a kitchen reno it's not unrealistic to expect some level of support when the kitchen starts to fall apart.

Good quality product . Delivery time frame was prompt and received great communication from freedom. Price could probably be abit more competitive

I have recently had my kitchen renovation done through Freedom Kitchen. The quality of the cabinets are just beautiful and top of the range. Communications has been great and easy to follow. Freedom was able to recommend a great installer who did a great job installing my Freedom Kitchen and making it so beautiful. I have even won a $5000 voucher with Freedom Kitchen competition when I signed the contract which was a very lovely cherry on top ☺️.

Most of the process was smooth, however, there was some deliveries issues with the right cabinets doors. However, freedom was able to get the right doors delivered as soon as they were able to. They were very easily reached and has lovely customer service which makes the process much less stressful and enjoyable.

Our experience with Freedom Kitchens was great from the get go. Our designer Ali listened to what was important to us and came up with a great design that suited our lifestyle. The communication with Freedom with regard to payments, uploading appliance models and instillation information was made easy by using there portal system. Our installer Steve was very fanatical about his workmanship and had all the trades coordinated perfectly, so there were no delays in the instillation. We are very happy with the quality and design of our kitchen and would not hesitate in recommending Freedom Kitchens.

From initial consult at Windsor to the last tradesman, the experience was seamless. Very happy with the service and with the result. We had no issues with getting the small changes we required after initial cabinet install and found the communications portal easy and efficient.

Overall disappointed and would never use Freedom Kitchens again. They subcontract out, the subbie then subcontracted out again. The left hand didn't talk to the right hand. The worst tradespeople attended on-site and overall the end product had design flaws. We had to get it fixed and it is not what was designed or in the CAD drawings that we signed off on. I feel completely let down. And at the end of the day, it wasn't a cheap kitchen. I should have gone with a local cabinet maker and managed the trades myself. A tradie scratched our new floors on demolition, he was trying to demo on his own and dragged cabinetry across our lounge and living. A tap was installed to the side of the sink, not behind it. It took 7 months to get the final installation completed. The overall customer service was poor, with little care for the consumer who was paying.

Poor quality cabinets with only short warranty.. our cabinets doors peeled after 6 years.. they were replaced and we were assured won’t happen again as they have changed the manufacturing process- so no need to select a different door.. but 6.5 yrs later again -same problem- the cheap quality doors are peeling.. Freedom not interested in replacing them this time. Stay away - cheap quality kitchens- I wish I had seen this many terrible reviews before we paid paid $17k for cabinetry in 2010. Stuck with it until they totally fall apart

Worst experience I have ever had. The company completely misrepresents itself to get you to sign a contract including claiming to organise trades and installation and that it takes 6-8 weeks. That was in January 2022. It’s now August and I’m still waiting on my kitchen despite paying the full contract amount. They attempted to place the contract on hold more than once, provided a disconnected phone number and refused to provide copies of contract documents signed via Docusign despite numerous requests. Additionally they’ve provided deliberately misleading and under cost quotes which has led to significant increase in contract amount. The whole business model is a complete scam. They take your money and then disappear into the sunset with no interest in actually fulfilling what they claimed to do. My previous kitchen was an IKEA kitchen and the experience and quality was completely different. Save yourself the hassle and thousands of $$ and get yourself an IKEA kitchen because Freedom is nothing more than a scam…. there is a genuine reason why there are so many bad reviews.

We are very pleased with the quality and appeal of our new kitchen. The design process, ordering, delivery and installation (including Caesarstone benchtop) was all organised and coordinated through Freedom. Everything was completed in a simple, efficient and streamlined manner and the customer service team were always prompt to respond to any queries

Initially we were a little sceptical about the whole process but we are so happy with our kitchen and the customer service is doing an amazing job! The quality is great and we are super happy with the end result. The installer also did an amazing job with his team. The only downside might be the design process. You have a 3 hour free appointment before you sign up with them but the you are pretty much left alone to decide on the final colour and other details. It’s sometimes very hard to imagine how the end result will look like. But once that hurdle is overcome its smooth sailing from there! Thank you!!!

The Kitchen looks great and the workmanship is good. My only issue is that the glass splashback is not available to be installed at the same time, as the Glass provider measured up once the kitchen is installed. Then is takes about 7 working days before the splashback gets installed. It would be better if it could be installed at the same time.
