I bought a second water butt from Freeflush in August 2024 because I was so pleased with the 300l slim wall stone effect water butt I had bought previously. I thought the butt was slowly losing water but only noticed that it was the bottom tap was leaking, even though it was shut off, when I put a stone beneath it a couple of months ago. I wrote to Freeflush with a view to buying a replacement tap as I wasn't sure which one would fit and I suspect the warranty had run out. To my surprise and delight they sent me a new tap at no charge. Well done and thank you.

I purchased a rainwater leaf filter from Freeflush water management ltd. on the 22nd of January. The cost was £74.95 with taxes and shipping.

The filter arrived the next day by Royal mail 24 hour tracked service, sealed in the manufactures plastic bag and suitably padded with bubble wrap.
Upon removal of the packaging, I dismantled the filter per the manufacturers instructions which I downloaded from their website.

I immediately noticed damage to the top left corner of the main housing which had caused a 20mm crack in the top of the filter.
I took a photo of the damage and emailed the vendor at 14:04 on the 23rd.
As this was a Friday, I did not expect an immediate reply, but when I had not heard back by the 27th, I sent another email query. This was also unanswered.

Apparently Freeflush have no interest in resolving customer issues with faulty merchandise, I would advise anyone looking at their products to be aware of this.

Choosing was simple due to the depth of information on all of the products . Ordering was uncomplicated, delivery was quick and communication for such was very good , I was able to select a different day when I knew I’d be home.
Products were as described, and the young lady I spoke to clarify some installation instructions was professional , polite and provided me swiftly with the answers I needed.
Very impressed with the customer service provided and of course with the products.
Companies rarely get customer service after sales right, this company nailed it via the excellent service given by Lauren. Thank you.

Before using a luminor ( UV light) to kill bugs in my water i suffered from recurrent infections - not one since. The customer service is exceptional - fast response and fast delivery. Holly was so helpful in sorting my replacement glass issue. If you are looking to ensure you drinking water is free from bugs give Luminor a try.

The prestige wall mounted water butts looked as described. Tap fittings seemed quality and the different mounting points were useful.

We have a number of plants in pots and some need to be potted on to larger ones. Free flush were the answer. Helpful, reasonable priced, good quality. Just love the 180 litre size👍. Sent me potty 🤣Have bought 3 so far.

Freeflush have an excellent range of drainage products at good prices and some very good technical help. Holly patiently assisted me with product selection over the course of several days and when the articles arrived they were of high quality. I will be using them again for future drainage and water storage solutions.

Good quality and value product (silt trap). Fast delivery. Friendly, efficient service including aftersales. I cannot fault the service I have received and would not hesitate in using Freeflush again.

We have always used Freeflush for our garden water harvesting purchases, mainly the products for diverting and filtering but also tanks/butts for storage. Recently we purchased a high capacity 550l water storage tank for our garden. Advice was given by Freeflush on the suitability of a high flow tap and quality downpipe filter. They have always been prompt and helpful with the communications whenever we have needed queries.

Ordered an expensive water butt at £239, tapered design. It arrived very badly scuffed, probably because it was loose packed and able to move about in the cardboard box during delivery.

Also ordered a water fountain bowl, same materials and colour. That was well packaged and arrived in good condition.

Customer services immediately played a 'I can't see damage' game, then 'that's just part of the design but you can have a £50 discount'. It's taken numerous emails to get them to take this seriously and if I didn't have the second item to demonstrate an embarrassing comparison, I'm pretty sure I'd still be arguing with them. It's going back, hopefully one their competitors will do better.

Know consumer law/rights if you buy from them, their customer service stinks.

The staff provided great communication, and were knowledgable of their products. They directed me to their website which was easy to use and simple to purchase a product. The product I wanted was out of stock but arrived next day and I collected from their warehouse.
All in all a good company with great staff. I’m very happy with my purchase

Bought a posho butte and within 2y it was leaking from the base. While the company initially tried to blame me/ the builder for affixing it wrongly (despite a video *showing* it leaking from a crack!), and squirmed a bit about the guarantee ( i bought it early but it wasnt set up for a while) , they did eventually do the right thing and send a new one. So there’s that. New one was just put up and so was able to clearly see the the first :- was indeed cracked. It’s a beauty to be sure, but so it should be for the price… should also last longer than 2 years! Fingers crossed.

I’d been trying to get a freestanding bowl, big enough to have a solar fountain and a few pond plants in, I finally came across free flush and it had the perfect size exactly what I had been looking for.
I was even more happy to find that the product is made here in UK .

Bought the prestige wall mounted waterbutt and the leaf catcher and I’m disappointed with what I received.
If you want to fit a watering can under your water butt you can’t fit the leaf catcher and see into it, if you’re under 6ft. The leaf catcher loosely fits in the water butt so fitting it is a pain (don’t know how good it will hold in windy conditions as it the downpipe that holds it in place). It’s overpriced rubbish.

The water butt itself looks good. Nice finish and looks OK even suitable for front of your home. However it’s a pain to fit. The fitting supplied are not fit for purpose. The bracket are not long enough to push the top of the water butt to the wall. Any water pushes it off the wall, the screw and wall plugs do not hold in the wall. Best bit is most of the water goes down the downpipe. Might as save your money an get a conventional waterbutt as you probably save more water that way and you’ve not wasted your money.

Customer service is abysmal, quite rude and arrogant and will state they have been in around for 30 years and know better.

I was lucky enough to win a water butt from their instagram competition as a local resident! We collected it today and it is fantastic quality, the team were so friendly and helpful—we can’t wait to install it in our garden! Would highly recommend this company if you’re looking at investing in a water butt!

Superb quality, exactly as pictured online.
I plan to use mine as a large planter and will have some drainage holes drilled into the base, and raise it by a couple of inches to allow drainage.

What a wonderful company! I bought a waterbutt with a tap but we managed to break the tap. I approached the company as a handyman had fitted the waterbutt and I was unsure how to replace it. First thing, first day back after the holidays they replied, explained how to replace the tap and gave me the correct item number to order a new one. Tap ordered and all before 10am. Fantastic! Great customer service. Thank you.
