The product was not as shown on the website. When I received the pants they were about 12 inches too long. When I tried to return they would not cooperate and tried to give me 20% off my next purchase. I said no. They still would not provide a return address. They are currently offering me 30% of the original cost and to pass the pants on or if I "insist" on returning them, I pay for shipping. They have not provided an address to ship the pants back to.

No customer service. I purchased the boot cut jeans. Went with the sizing they provided. The waist was ok, but the seat and thigh area was for a much bigger perscoupon. Material was of poor quality. When I emailed them to get a return and refund, they offered a 20% off coupon on another order. I stated I wanted a refund. After several bartering attempts on their part, i finally took the 50% refund. Don't waste your time.

Upon requesting return address (as per their return policy) all I received was a series of emails with long winded stall tactics! There is no customer service with this company. Save your money for gambling it will be more likely to be successful!

Unfortunately, I did not check the reviews before ordering. Right after I placed the order I saw all the negative comments & immediately tried to cancel the order. I sent 2 different emails immediately asking to cancel the order. they said they would but then they didn't. The one sweater was totally defective, the armpits were in 2 different places so you look lopsided if you wore it and it definitely was not ultra soft cashmere. The fleece jacket was paper thin and I ordered a 3xl and it was not even as big as a 2xl that I measured it up to. The company is refusing to refund my money & is trying to offer me a 20% discount on my next order. There will never be a next order & the items can not be worn. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY

There was nothing wrong with the product, except it didn't fit me properly. I didn't care for the colour of the jeans as they didn't match the picture on the website. I emailed them immediately requesting to return them. Currently, after several emails of back and forth, they offered a coupon or $10 towards other products. I told them I did not want anything other than to return the $70 jeans that I will never wear and get my money back. This seems like it's not going to happen. Very poor customer service.

I carefully chose the correct sizing. Stupidly I didn't check the reviews I saw their advert on Facebook friends page and thought she wouldn't be promoting it if it was rubbish. Ordered 2xl a size small came. The company just bartering for days on end. At best 50% refund and return the goods. Pure scammers. I hate this company. Seeing reviews first I wouldn't have touched them.

I purchased two pair of pants in a 34” long inseam. They sent me 27” inseam. They won’t send me the correct items and they want me to pay return shipping for the wrong items they sent me. They started by offering me 30% back to keep the pants. The offer went up to 50% back after 2 more back & forth emails. That means I still loose $40 and have nothing to show for it. They refuse to send me the correct product I ordered.

The items run very very small and quality is poor AND theres no phone number to call for an exchange or a return. I wasted my money

Ordered 2 pair of high waisted jeans. Finally received after 2 weeks. Jeans are poor quality, too small and too short. I have reached out for process to return.
Update Company offered me a 20% coupon. I asked again for a refund. No direction on how to return the products.
Latest update the company suggested I give away the unsuitable products to family or friends. Or sell them. Stating that it will require too much effort for the return. This time they offered $12 and a 20% coupon.

The Women's Cinch Mid-thigh shorts look good, but the sizing runs small so I had to give them away.

Company refused to provide refund and offered me $7 and a 20% coupon. What a scam. Product is of poor quality. What a waste of money. Do not order from this company!

I love how this skirt flows when I walk. The waistband is a bit snug, but it's still wearable.

My Get Moving Pullover arrived faster than expected and the material feels high-quality. I'm very happy with it.

This blouse is pretty, but I noticed the stitching seems a bit loose in a few spots. It doesn't affect how it wears, though the quality could be better.

I REQUESTED RETURN INFORMATION THE SAME DAY I RECEIVED MY PACKAGE. THEY RESPONDED EACH TIME OFFERING A COUPON. NEVER GIVING RETURN INFORMATION. SUGGEST GIVING TO FAMILY MEMBER. WTH!! DONT BUY.

The hoodie itself is comfortable, but I'm a bit concerned about the zipper because it feels flimsy. I'm hoping it holds up over time.

This cardigan is nice and warm, but the fabric feels a little itchy against my skin. It's much more comfortable when I wear a long-sleeved shirt underneath.

The photos on their website are NOT theirs. What you receive is completely different from what is advertised. Sizing is completely off and it is a different material. The photos advertised online are from American Eagle website for the pants that I purchased. I only realized this after I received the order, and did further research.

Please do not purchase from this company. I have exchanged multi emails trying to return items purchased that are cheap and awful quality. Only to be told by them that they are reputable company and I should just gift the clothing to someone who would appreciate it. I will end of disputing the charges after they said their return process is difficult and expensive
