While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Very disappointing experience – avoid

My experience with Freelanly has been extremely frustrating. After signing up and providing my billing details, it became incredibly difficult to cancel the subscription. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to successfully stop the charges.

Most of the email addresses listed on their website simply do not work, and communication with their team has been practically impossible. I tried reaching out several times through different channels and received no meaningful response.

Meanwhile, the subscription continues to be charged every month without fail.

On top of that, the service itself does not offer any real added value that justifies the cost.

Overall, this has been a very negative experience and I would strongly advise others to be cautious before signing up.

Quite a scam really

Quite a scam really. All theyre doing is showing ads from other websites, 0 added value. I can find them myself for free so dont get why anyone would pay money for this "service". A free trial would also help, seems ridiculous to sign up for sth without even knowing what youll get - getting ads 7 days late is obviously of no use to anyone, on top of that you have to click on every single email to see a job, there doesnt seem to be any way of seeing them all on the website itself = endless email spam. Deleted.

The English on their website is so bad…

The English on their website is so bad that it does not inspire confidence. Its supposed to be a place for translators to find work and the least they could do is hire a professional translator for their own copy. No possibility to see how it works, pay or its useless. And no, I dont pay 5 dollars for a coffee.
Even less impressed after trying to use it for a month. Badly executed idea and not worth wasting your time on.
