I am extremely happy with Freeman and Gray who I used while selling my father's house. They are very competitively priced and put a lot of work into selling the house. They kept in contact with me every step of the way and couldn't have done anything better. I highly recommend these guys if you need the service of an estate agent.

The team were professional and yet relaxed, estate agents tend to be pushy yet I never felt under pressure. They had a good marketing strategy that brought genuine interested people through our door. NO CONTACT they don't sell you can leave anytime, they put their money where their mouth is! The team really show the big boy's up.

The team at Freeman and Gray were really helpful throughout the process of selling the property. They marketed the property well, gaining a good number of viewers. When it was necessary they took additional steps to assist us. We would recommend them to other sellers.

Absolutely brilliant!
I was looking for an estate agent to sell my Medway property. I was recommended Freeman & Gray who are based in Rochester not to far from myself. Daniel and Karl are both very welcoming, professional and know exactly what they are talking about. They arranged a house valuation within hours of sending over our request. The photography and video tour is outstanding and really shows off the property. They are always available to contact and happy to help even out of hours, on multiple occasions I had answers after 9pm at night!. It was a real pleasure working with such genuine people. I’m really pleased with their services and that they managed to sell my property on the first weekend of viewings. I will be recommended these to all family and friends.

Look no further!! I’ve had a few estate agents over the years, ‘Wards’ being the worst! They all seem to give you hope and attempt to tie you in with a ‘bait’ possible sale figure, then soon drop off as the weeks go on, but still want top dollar if the sale goes through!
Then fortunately for us along came ‘Joe’ from ‘Freeman and Gray Estate Agents’, lovely character, straight talking, knew his stuff inside out, completely realistic, excellent rate and is contactable outside normal office hours if required… the holy grail of estate agents! On top of that he is a really lovely guy who also thinks nothing about going above and beyond any estate agents out there to get you sold. I have also had the opportunity in dealing with owners Dan and Carl within the company, and again both had an extremely professional approach and were always there when you need them. The whole company is set up to make your sale a complete success, from first class photos and videos which also included drone footage, excellent adverts and first class communication, and they do all this without the hassle or stress that other estate agents seem to thrive on! Trust me don’t waist your time looking at other inferior agents give Joe a call and sit back you won’t regret it!

After choosing an on-line agent to sell our house which let us down immensely we then chose Freeman & Gray and wow what a difference in customer service, friendliness, knowledge of the market and constant contact and information from start to finish. We really wished that we had gone with Freeman
& Gray from the start. Dan & Karl went above and beyond for us of which we are truly thankful. Would 100% recommend Freeman & Gray to any and everyone. Thank you Dan & Karl.
