I currently have a contract with…
I currently have a contract with another provider and decided to move after finishing my current contract to freenet.
While the agent was filling the forms he asked when is the termination of your current contract and I answered 31st of July. He asked me 31st of 06? And without checking that July is the 7th month of the year I said yes.
So he finalized the contract and after I came home I found out the mistake and went back to the office to ask for correcting the contract.
While I reported the issue less than 6 hours after having the contract and the contract will start in 40 days, they refused to move the starting date of the contract for 1 month.
Such a bad experience before starting the contract.

Absolutely useless company, avoid at all costs.
Absolutely useless company, I requested a one month contract, only to discover 2 months later they opened a rolling contract, despite the fact the letter I received very clearly stated the duration as one month.
After trying to contact them in broken German (they only have a call centre no text based help is available) it doesn't matter how many times you explain it to them, they point blank refuse to accept they were illegally billing you.
Even after you've paid, the bill, they're so unorganised they'll pass your information on to a debt collector, because their bone idle laziness knows no bounds.
The collection company is equally as useless and will argue over the letter in front of you, then hang up.

Freenet has the worst costumer service I ever had to deal with. They overcharge every month, and works as a scam overall with all its products. Be careful.

the worst!!!!!!!!!!! they trick you, overcharge you and never pick up the phone. The extended my contact without my any written confirmation and now they extend it again for 2 years. FYI freenet, lawsuit is coming your way as all these actions are illegal

The worst internet connection and customer service. The internet doesn’t work and when I called them 3 times they just say you should insert the SIM card in a mobile phone but I did it too many times and it didn’t work. It is waste of money!!!!!!!
I don’t recommend this company at all
And when you call them for technical problems they just product some other products!!!!!

I purchased this sim card and used it for a month after which I left Germany, I didn't know we had to cancel the contract as the cover of the SIM card read one month sim card! But now it has been five months and I keep getting emails of my bills which are Accumulating. I tried to access my accounts section but I forgot the password. However I am unable to reset it too because the date of birth I enter does not match the records (I fail to understand why!!) The sim card was not used at all after the first month, the helpline number given doesn't seem to dial outside of Germany and that sim won't work outside Germany. I am not able to cancel the contract either because of the dob mismatch. And there is no helpline email Address where I can put up my case! I am really scared, they will take all my hard earned money, germans don't consider any thing! :(

Very goof price/quality
The price is perfect , the network works fine.
One star is missing because i didn't get any notification a month or at least before my contract was automatically renewed. Will continue to happily use their services.
