Everything is as promised—no waiting times, and so on. For the number portability, we had to wait a few days. But, other than everything was fine.
Bad interaction at any product
There is just not a single good interaction with this company whatever product you buy. Mobile - need to check your billing monthly because they just add things you did not order, and when you complain, they remove and refund, but why adding things? Over billing occurrences as well. Order hardware, after one week no status change, then they say "oh it may take 2 or maybe 3 weeks", had to cancel order. At least 20 minutes every time you call their support.

The worst mobile service provider a humanbeing can deal with , they simply just add more Money to each mobile bill and then provide the customer with reasons that makes no sense and they apologize that from there side there’s nothing that can be done.. and when it comes to renewing contracts they contact the customer and offer them more than 5-6 offers just to keep the customer but no one provide any help if needed .

Absolutely shameful that customers are tricked into additional subscriptions. How does freenet have the audacity to sign you up for services you never asked for, then expect you to cancel them yourself? I contacted freenet at the beginning of the year and was promised that every silly subscription that I was automatically signed up for would be cancelled because I made it VERY CLEAR that I don't need anything additional to my sim. Now 11 months later, I noticed I was being charged an extra 5€ this entire time for Norton Security, which I have never heard of and definitely NEVER signed up for. So what the woman told me she would do 11 months ago, she never did. I called today and was told it would now be cancelled, and my situation is "very frustrating". Wow, doesn't that solve everything? Such a disgrace, a bunch of scammers. Never getting stuck with freenet again. I've learned my lesson.

Customer service tricks to subscribe you to extra services
Due to some problem I called Customer Service and at the end of the call he took advantage of my not so good German language skills and put a very tricky question to me speaking very quickly as though he wanted to ask me whether my problem was solved or not. But actually after saying yes I unintentionally subscribed to two of their useless services (Video and security I think). Fortunately I had some suspicions and checked my contract in customer portal online and found my suspicions to be correct just a few minutes ago. Now I am going to try getting them cancelled as fortunately 14 days are still not over. Please be very careful and never say yes to any of question you don't understand COMPLETELY. Never again I will make a contract with them.

This is the worst mobile company in Germany! I was their client since 2020 and all they do is try to charge as much as possible from you and don't care about their customers! In August I was charged 139 Euro as I spoke more than 50 minutes by telephone! When I called and try to return at least part of the money, they just offered me to change the tariff. I explained that I consider that extremely unfair, but they just don't care.

Very poor customer service
I had been reasonably happy with their services until I needed their customer service support. In short I wanted to terminate the contract at the end of the current month. For this, you need to opt in the app and then call to confirm. When I got to the call part I haven't been able to find anyone to speak English and yes, you can search all you want, you won't find an email address contact to write them. Briefly, I spoke with a Customer Service representative asking him to terminate the contract (04.10.2023). Next day my internet was down and when I called again I found out that the contract was not in progress to be terminated at the end of month, but prolonged for another 24 months. That's the level they are willing to have to get more clients
