Great Service!

I received a photo tile from FreePrints today. It contained the wrong photo. I immediately contacted them through their app, using their chat service (which is AI). I was able to explain what the problem was. It was sorted out within a few minutes and a new tile, with the correct photo, is on its way. I don't have to do anything else and they do not want the wrong tile returned. This is exactly how AI should work, but hardly ever does. Thanks so much Free Prints!
