Free print, just pay postage.
Love this company! Have grandchildren, so lots of photos. Used to pay 50p a photo in local supermarket. Now I just wait to I have a bundle of photos to print and just pay postage. Plus they have free offers with their sister site, like tiles and canvas prints. So yes took advantage of them.

Decent quality, but skip the white borders
The photo quality is decent for the price, though some pictures do tend to lose a bit of sharpness and detail. A quick tip for others: avoid choosing the white borders. In my opinion, the border is way too thick and spoils the look of the photo.

They never showed up
They never showed up. They have been sent for reprint but having to wait until a Sunday 3-4 days after they were supposed to show up to initiate the reprint was frustrating. Obviously by Saturday evening the 16th, if they didn't meet the 5/12 arrival window, they weren't going to show up.
