Great service and value for money
This service is the best value for money you can get. I could not have done the installation and configuration for this price.
The personal contact was great by email and instant messages.
Of course, there was a problem with my hardware and software setup which I had to solve before the configuration could continue. The consultant was very patient and continued after I solved the issue.
If I have another installation in the future I will use this service again.

Great Experience
They helped us set up FreeScout, and we've been using it for almost a year now. They're always available for questions when we have them. FreeScout has been the best ticketing system we've found for our business.

Very good service
Freescout is a very nice helpscout alternative. I used to install and configure it by myself. It's overall straightforward to install (but does require you to be fairly comfortable with Linux command line, not just copy & paste from the manual, but also know what you are doing). This time, I want to give their paid installation service a try so I ordered the basic package. Very good service. They installed it very quickly and configured the system for me. Per-mailbox Email settings and system-wide email settings are a bit tricky, they explained it very well.
