Great Customer Support
When I unpacked my e-bike (Swift Horse), the tail bracket for the brake light/turn signal was broken. I contacted support late on Christmas Day, and received a quick reply. FreeSky quickly shipped a replacement cargo frame with bracket. It arrived today. Everything is now perfect. I love my e-bike! Thank you FreeSky!

I tell my my opinion it's great.
Its powerful, looks sick.
The battery allows u riding days.
To summarise it is the best, POWERFUL, kind of bike I ever had.
I'm driver (car). But love it jump and get where I need in quick time.
A Bit out of topic:
1 minus thickness of tyre is a joke to what u would expect from beast like that.
Its big, heavy and looks amazing.

I truly appreciate my Freesky Eurostar Ultra, especially after enjoying over 2000 kilometers of trouble-free rides. While my bicycle is certainly capable of being ridden during the colder winter months, I personally do not particularly enjoy the cold weather. I eagerly anticipate the arrival of spring. Freesky, indeed, offers unparalleled versatility.

The bike is brilliant, departure is smooth and power comes later which gives confidence to driver.
Very easy to cycle with.
Dual motor gives enough power to climb any hill with ease.
Battery is excellent and last long.

I received my bike, it was very easy to assemble. The display on the bike was not the same as in the owner's manual. Support got back to me right away and provided the correct documentation. Great service, great bike.

My first e-bike
My first e-bike. I searched online and spoke to owners of different bikes. I decided on swift horse. The bafang motor and Samsung battery were a priority. The bike is considered average weight for what you get. Even on the lighter side. It rides extremely comfortable. Display is amazing. I had a problem with the gears. FREESKY offered paying to get it adjusted at a local bike shop. Currently no problems. I love the bike and will take any chance to go on a ride. I use mainly for exercise. It’s relatively easy to pedal on mid gears at start.

If you ever need somebody to help you, this is the guy very knowledgeable, and very helpful. He goes out of his way to make sure you get everything you need if you’re looking for an E bike he’ll be able to help you with every bit of information you need to know about it And show you every making model they have. I’m thankful the company has someone like this young man working for them, it makes things much easier to be able to get what you want without any questions asked.

Received my Freesky Ranger M-540 3 days ago. Very well packaged. Assembled and charged the battery. Couldn’t get the NFC card to scan so contacted technical support and Clint responded with a possible solution within an hour. Tried it and it works like a dream. Bike is a blast to ride. Impressive power and looks well built. Thanks Clint for helping me get my NFC card working.
