Not received, not suppliers fault
Not received, when queried, reply was prompt and personal. Obviously the supplier was very let down by the carrier.

Hi Hilary, firstly I am very sorry that your parcel hasn’t turned up. It was delivered to the post office on 4th November, (the same day that you placed your order) and sent using the Royal Mail’s second class, signed for service. It must be lost in their system somewhere but will hopefully turn up eventually. It was good to have the opportunity to discuss this with you yesterday and I have given you a full refund. We can only apologise as the package was posted in good faith and the late/non delivery is sadly out of our control.

We absolutely love Free to live…
We absolutely love Free to live products. We have a jackapoo who loves to get as dirty as possible and the shampoo bar is great for bath time. Very easy to use and smells amazing. We also love the coat mist spray, it’s great to use for a freshen up and the scent lasts for ages :) highly recommend free to live products!
