Great tour with perfect level of detail at each stop. You pay how much you want at the end, completely up to you. I did the "Madrid Essentials Free Tour: Sol, Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace & more" tour and I really enjoyed it and recommend it if you are in Madrid. I did it on my first day there and it was a great way to start the trip. Great organisation from the company, easy to meet and ask questions before if needed.

This tour was the absolute highlight. Sarah was such a great guide, and Pacino was such a sweet companion.
I already knew a lot about Harry Potter, but I learned so much more. We visited places I wouldn’t have seen on my own, and Sarah shared a wealth of knowledge with us. It was entertaining and very impressive. We always waited for everyone at each stop, so don’t hesitate to join even if you can’t walk very well. It’s absolutely worth it, and be sure to tip the staff at the end of the tour—they do a great job!

We booked a free walking tour around Hanoi and honestly, it turned into one of the highlights of our trip.
Our guide, Lim, was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning, she was so warm, friendly, and easy to talk to. It never felt like we were just being shown around by a guide — it genuinely felt like we were exploring Hanoi with a friend. The conversations just flowed naturally, we laughed so much, and we got to learn about the city and Vietnamese culture in a way that felt really personal.
What made it even more special was how comfortable everything felt. Within a short time, it honestly felt like we were spending the day with old friends rather than people we had just met. By the end of the tour, we felt like we had made friends for life.
Lim showed us a side of Hanoi that we probably wouldn’t have experienced on our own, and we’re so grateful for that. If you’re visiting Hanoi and have the chance to do a tour with Lim, absolutely go for it. You’ll see the city, learn a lot, have plenty of laughs, and hopefully leave with a new friend — just like we did. ❤️

We used Freetour when we visited Malaga recently. With little time to see the city, we felt this might be the best way to get to know it and WOW. What a fantastic tour. Juanlui was amazing, charismatic and knowledgeable. And in the end, he absolutely did not push or make us feel guilty about tipping.
Absolutely recommend this company for anywhere they have availability.

The tour was great. Our tour guide Nicolette was energetic and very informative of the history of the Jewish community over the years. We visited the ghetto area and also Trastevere area. Recommend this tour to all.
